the two reviewers list three papers, one appear in both reviewers' reports.
since our idea is different from their papers. we didn't cite their work.
they recommend major revision.
I plan to add their paper to my references, and make other changes.

for your case. If you believe that the paper is wrong, it is a good
opportunity to pint it out for the community awareness. |

likely, they didn't know your work at all.
When you are a student, you read a lot, and know almost all the related or
similar work. When you become senior and senior in a field, you will not
read much, and you also needn't read much because you have a good sense of
the field and know what hasn't and has been done and your peers will usually
keep you posted when they have or know some good work ... |

Some people intentionally leave out related work or downplay their close
relation in order to get more credit. I know a few examples in which
highly cited and acclaimed papers are not really original ideas. |

收到信后发现，基本就是和正常的RFE一样。
除了几项和本版中很多RFE列出的一样，有一项原来没有见过：
"Submit evidence that you are one of the small percentage who has risen to
the very top of your field of endevor".
本人打算从两方面回复：
1. 让老板和独立推荐人再出几封信， 说明我是one of the small percentage in the
field；
2. 想出示有关文章引用的证据 "some of my papers are in the the small
percentage of most top cited paper |

印并highlight引用到自己的地方（不论是大篇还是footnote）。我们整理自己材料的
时候，也将所有文章引用到的页码都打印了，厚厚的一堆（相对于其他的Exhibit），
不知道是否有全打的比较，还是挑几个特别有代表性的呢？如果只打印一部分又怕IO质
疑怎么证据不全。
请高手指点。谢谢。 |

如果从Web of Science上自己排，不知道说服力是否有ACS自己排的强（虽然ACS上的不
