假设这个2 pole circuit breaker 是你自己换的，你应该可以完成下面的测试。
我以Home Depot 有卖的 KleinTools_CL200 Multi-meter 作为测试工具。
把表设到 Resistance / Capacitance / Diode / Continuity 那档

A/C + Fan Coil with electric heater
240V circuit for A/C + 240V circuit (for Fan Coil with electric heater)

全部换线是不需要的除非你自己愿意。
另外一个说得有可行性，再加上你的表述，我猜测可能是其中的一项火线连接的铜棒在
这个跳的circuit breaker 位置有烧过或部分已damage.如果假设对的话，长久之计，
还是需要换circuit breaker panel. 在你比价的这段时间，可能有一种简单的做法应
该可暂时缓解。上两个图。

早在2000年，加州就通过了Prop 22，俗称加州DOMA。全体加州人民投票通过法案规定
婚姻必须是一男一女。
结果2004年2月的时候，旧金山市长突然脑子进水，宣布旧金山同性恋婚姻合法。一个
月时间，marry了好几千号同性couple。结果这一行径被加州最高法院勒令停止，这几
千对couple拿到手的结婚证变成废纸。
过了一年九月，加州议会通过允许同性婚姻的法律，两次！但是都被当时的州长施瓦辛
格给否决了。施瓦辛格否决的理由是，Prop 22是全州人民投票表决的法律，只应该让
人民再次投票或者高院判定违宪才可以解除。
结果加州高院磨蹭了三年，总算说话了，2008年6月，加州高院宣布，Prop 22违宪，这
下子，加州立马彩虹旗飘飘，几个月工夫近两万couple领证。
反对派肯定不干啊，Prop 8出台，11月份，加州再次投票，以微弱多数，重新ban了gay
marriage。
第二年5月，加州高院再次裁决，Prop 8合法不违宪，这帮法官靠flip coin定案子吗？

个跳了， 平常的时候都会在架子或者大东西的後面。 很困难去 reset. 我车库里面的
插座一点点 trip 就常常跳。 我就自己直结换掉 GFCI 插座。 反正有 circuit
breaker panel 保护著。
外墙的插座, 车库门插座应该也是不同的 circuit。 check your circuit breaker
panel for switch reset. Reset 的时候请小心点。 应该是不会漏电。 假如 switch
reset 不能 work. 那就是 switch 坏掉了。 这个就要请电工了。 |

首先是为广大群众喜闻乐见的郑多燕，我跳过4个，大球操没接触过。总的来说，作为
零运动基础的起步，这些都不错，也都有针对性，每天坚持一套两套，时间长了效果也
很好。
如果，你跟我一样不爱跑步，不想去gym，每天有半个小时－1个小时可以贡献……涂过
你觉得郑多燕不够有挑战性，或者，想换换口味，那咱们可以试试Jillian Michaels。
我总共做过3个系列，都是在家就能完成的，只需要瑜伽垫和哑铃（我用3磅，大家根据

We are running bgp on many routers for Internet load balance. We have two T1
circuits from one ISP, let's focus on these two T1 circuits.
On our side, the two Ts terminate on the same router, on ISP side, they
terminate on different routers. Most of time, one circuit got 100% saturated,
the other one has only 20% usage.
Is there any way easy to adjust the load between the circuits? we only care
about the inbound traffic. |

neurogenetics，也罢。。
目前对neural circuit的理解我觉得还处于基本无知的阶段。如果是想了解到
computation的层次，在更复杂的系统太困难了，像老鼠里面一个神经元几千个突触，
即便是只传递一两级神经元就几乎无法理解了。在大动物里面的optic imaging和
photostimulation面临的limitation也比worm要多很多吧。可能worm里面就是
electrophysiology难了一些，不过感觉genetic encoded voltage sensor的实用化可
能也不远了吧
我觉得另外一个比较好的系统或许是retina，不过同样也有人怀疑retina和brain的
circuit是否可以相比较。
至于worm的circuit和更高等动物的circuit有没有共通点，现在可能很难看出来，不过
也许最后会surprise大家呢：） |
