run over time to prevent/reduce regression. Bugs found in development is
cheaper to fix than found by QA, much cheaper than found in production by
customer. Delivering less but solid features is much better than delivering
many but broken features.
I am not taking a test driven approach religiously. But I do think the
test drive approach is the right way. I typically would at least have tests

Hard disk in Dell is too expensive. Consider add more if you
run out of disk space. But it from newegg.com will be cheaper.

You have to be a US citizen, or a permanent resident, or have immigrant
visa(such as H1) and live that state for at least certain amount of time
(usually around one year) to be eligible for in state tuition.
If you are not a CMG, then it's a great career path to pursue. The
tuition is cheaper than dentist. The pay is not as good as dentist
though.

through a free contractor finder website (forgot the name too). It was 8
years ago. My house was a brand new house, too. Later when I did another

with the normal E36, so the parts are cheaper and easier to get.
You might find some older E46 with higher mileage right around 10k, but the
ongoing cost is going to be much more than E36.
If you just want a normal road car, E46 is more comfortable with more power,
and look nicer too. But if you want a dedicated track car, E36 is cheaper,
