想后，还是决定先不交了，情况是这样的，大家也帮我分析下吧: 我老公是印度人，H1
签证，我是H4签证。有一岁半男宝一枚。自从生了宝宝后，我就落下了腰背疼的毛病，
之间各种求医，都未见疗效，主要的原因就是我的腰得不到完全的休息，因为始终都是
我一个人带宝宝，没有老人帮忙，而且断奶也没有成功。上个月排期倒退到06年之后，
觉得我们14年的优先日期，15年内肯定是没戏了，所以决定10月底的时候就带宝宝回国
，让我爸妈帮帮我，我的腰也能早点好一些。没料到10月份的排期出来，我们竟然可以
交485了 （当然是要使用Cross-Chargeability）。我们的律师比蜗牛还要慢一百倍，
10月底他们能把485寄出去就烧了高香了，再加上一个月的等待打指纹的时间，拖着拖
着就得到12月中。我真的不想再等了。尤其是和老公小拌嘴之后，更是恨不得下一秒就
能带孩子回娘家。思来想去，觉得交了485又如何，反正第一个排期离我们有两年之远
，绿卡仍然不是指日可待的事情，老公近期又不想再换工作，我还是先回国养养身体更

发帖数: 8388 | 29 就楼主的问题， 我的建议是，等交了485，打了指纹（可walkin）再回去。不用等AP，
用H4 返签。
1来给你们家一个保障，毕竟现在只有H1一个人工作，早点拿到 EAD， 早点到180天，
对H1有利
2.两个排期的走向不定，是否会retro， 谁都说不清。过会儿我有专门的帖子讨论对2
个排期的看法。所以到明年3-4月份是不是C，难说。如果不C了，有什么问题，可能引
起你们家庭矛盾。
3. 如果嫌律师慢， 可以DIY。置顶有。你们不用做体检，反正要等1-2年。
4. 你们cross chargeability 用的还是印度的名额。
最后，题外话，真爱难得，无论国别肤色年龄。当然我对“无论性别”还是持保留意见

发帖数: 1 | 37 不得不说，我之前在落地生根另一个版（EB1版）盯了好几个月，发现EB1们从递交485
到绿一般只需要3-4个月。后来才发现，尼马我这个EB2看错了版，今晚才找到现在这个
EB2EB3的版。我看了看EXCEL做的EB23 TIMELINE，发现大家从递交485到绿，基本都花
了一年以上时间啊，请问这是因为（1）EB23的处理速度本来就应该比EB1慢很多很多吗
？（2）还是因为很多人递交485以后，排期忽然倒退了，导致无法作业，才会拖这么久？
我想请教，我已在2月递交了485，之后COMBO卡拿了，指纹也打了，现在转眼也三个月
了，不知道还要多久绿。倒不是因为我有多么急着绿，只是想心中大概有数，可以提前
对下半年有个打算。由于我用的是配偶排期Cross-chargeability（不浪费中国的配额
，腾个名额给大家，LOL），永远都是CURRENT，所以不存在交了485之后遭遇排期待退
的问题。请问，这种情况，绿会不会快点？还是也要和大多数人一样，等待一年？

发帖数: 28 | 49 LD是印度EB2，但是PD11年底真的是拖了好久了。因为我是中国cutoff，16年10月底
concurrent交了140和485，combo卡已经拿到（还是SR才拿到的）。
TSC最近更新的处理时间是16年12月，我们耐心等待到四月底才发的485的SR，结果回信
说visa不available。估计是根本没有把两个人材料放在一起看。现在律师在contact
liason，我们也写信找议员， 不知道要拖到猴年马月了。。。是不是这种情况，
background check根本没做啊？还要重新再等好几个月？USCIS简直了！
