一盤金黃色的腰果雞，讓人食指大動，在美食的後面還隱藏一個華裔奮鬥創業的故事，
讓今年92歲的梁榮恩（David Leong）與密蘇里州春田市（Springfield）緊密相連，成
為傳奇人物。
春田市位於密州西南部，城市不大不小，出過幾位名人，如當紅影星布萊德‧彼
特（Brad Pitt）、小布希總統時的司法部長艾希克羅（John Ashcroft）等。
不過，「春田腰果雞」（Springfield Cashew Chicken）卻把春田市的名氣傳揚得遠近
皆知，不僅紐約時報等主流媒體早有報導，連遠在洛杉磯的食評家陳大衛（David R.
Chan，音譯）也久聞其名，最近特地前來品嘗，再度掀起春田雞旋風。
64歲的陳大衛是第三代華裔，不會說中文，不會用筷子，更不會煮中餐，但是很會吃，
而且吃得名聲響亮。他已走訪美國50州，品嘗6150餘家中餐館的各式餐點，並常在美食
論壇Chowhound上分享他的感想和資訊。他的本行其實是稅務律師。其最終目標是吃遍

。國內安全部20日突擊紐約市19家華人雜貨店，以涉嫌以折扣價兌現奶票，套換現金，
詐欺政府，從中牟利，已逮捕13華人，詐欺總金額高達3000萬元。
聯邦國內安全部20日一早在紐約曼哈坦、布碌崙和皇后區查封這些雜貨店，目前已逮捕
13人，另有三人在逃，被捕的13人20日傍晚在紐約南區聯邦法院過堂。同時，紐約州檢
察官辦公室也逮捕捲入該案另外十人。
這起案件是近年來最大規模的華人奶票詐欺案，金額之高讓紐約南區聯邦檢察官巴拉拉
(Preet Bharara)強烈譴責這些詐騙納稅人錢，圖利自己的涉案者。
根據法院文件，這16名華人嫌犯分屬三個不同的奶票詐欺案件，但是這三個詐欺案件手
法如出一轍，這些嫌犯很多是夫妻或是有親屬關係。
檢方將這三個奶票詐欺案件分別起訴，第一是以游東查(Tung Cha Yo，姓名皆音譯)為
首，另外其他九人共郑擦译s貨店捲入，這六家雜貨店散布在曼哈坦、皇后區和布

九年前我女儿还不满两岁，补过两颗牙，另有四颗做了窝沟封闭的保护层。没有上全麻
，没有用笑气，连局部麻药都没打。两岁不到的孩子给她哄得又乖又合作。这几颗牙现

脸书(Facebook)创办人祖克伯(Mark Zuckerberg)身为全球最年轻的亿万富豪，最近搬
了新家，而且不是买、仍是租，房子比起其他富豪的豪宅，称得上相当朴实，只比和女

26岁的祖克伯的新家位於旧金山市郊，每月租金7850美元(23万新台币)，共有5个房间

银行的经济学家却表示，在加拿大西部一些城市，房产市场已经在“闪着警告灯
”，这些城市的房屋行情过热可能会引发房屋价格暴跌。
TD银行的经济学家亚历山大（Craig Alexander）和Steve Chan在今天（周四）发
出的报告中表示，“最近卡尔加里和温哥华的地产价格过高，这是毫无疑问不应
该被支持的。这些高价格是很危险的，应该被控制的，比如在未来应适当限制房
价。”

trekking peaks the group is going to do.

我不想忽悠，客观的说，Peru一般有南线和北线，大概都需要两个星期的时间。南线更
popular，也许选择的人更多，包括Cusco/Puno/Colca。Huayhuash Circuit属于北线，
算是off beaten path，Huraz应该集中了安第斯山脉中段的精华，有西半球比较少见的
喜玛拉雅类型冰川（我不知道定义，wiki上抄的...）走路10天，可以加1-2个trekking
peak，每个1天。Trekking peak就是non technical peak，雪坡up to 40 degree。北
线一般人还会去Trujillo，包括了chan chan/lord sipan这两处pre-inca遗址。肯定没

标 题: 水下伯利兹(1)——Caye Caulker Marine Reserve

跟Belize Diving Services潜的，今天我们这艘船一共四个diver，DM Pablo是这家店
的元老之一，各个工种都干过，号称拿过一千多个证书。早上9点出发，第一个tank在
Sand Trap，最深81ft，水下时间44分钟。从船上直接跨入水中，太兴奋了，捏着放气
钮就打算下去，Pablo在边上大叫，put regulator in your mouth~ 估计在想这家伙哪
里混来的潜水证^^ 这个就是直接掉下去，没有绳子也没有缓坡，好在下的还比较顺利
。这个点由好几片石头山组成，我们的路线会从这些石头山间钻过。
珊瑚并不多，再加之太深，看什么都是蓝色为主，觉得有点失望。黄色的脑珊瑚以前见
过了，
除此以外最多的就是很薄、很柔软、经脉分明，看起来跟树叶一样的珊瑚，大多长在石

events and really admired his skill. Gold praised that Chan never made a
mistake. hehe.
I also like Daniel Negreanu, Chris Ferguson, Mike Matusow, Allen Cunningham,
etc. all great players. |

station called all the way with A7 hit running Qs. On flop he got 0 odds
with rule of 4, but he picked up ~10% on turn.
Anyway, agreed 2-4 rule is more than enough for the battle. Was sitting with
Andy
Bloch once, a very nice pro who talks with xiamis like me. He is also a
member from MIT blackjack team who brought down the house. If poker is game
of math, I doubt chefs like Johny chan, Scotty Nyguan would have any chan |
