发帖数: 540 | 5 在网上搜了一下，家附近的在网上rating比较高的OB，基本上是在livingston的Saint
Barnabas Medical Center，貌似他们在同一个medical group，然后在同一家医院工作。
而在Clara Maass Medical Center接生的女医生Decca Mohammed是别人推荐的，说人特
别nice，但她的病人很多，每次要排很久的队。开始是有点想找她做OB的，因为医院和
OB离我住的地方都特别近。但网上做了功课之后有点难以做决定。
听人说，好OB很重要，而好的医院和护士也很重要，既然网评很好的OB很多是在Saint
Barnabas Medical Center，是不是这家医院比较好呢？但是家离Saint Barnabas
Medical Center和那里的OB有十几迈，而且他们是medical group，不知道和单独的OB
比较有什么优缺点。

难成为4*或者以上的OT recruit，而OG/Center不能太高，要求要有力量，且能降重心，
Pro的打法，Center需要有很强的阅读防守的能力，spread的，由于要很多shot gun
snap，和QB配合很重要，所以换Center比较少见。
记得09的时候密歇根的Center D.Molk,伤和不伤，进攻上就是两个球队啊，
要不是伤太多，估计今年也能前三轮吧
块招的，技术特点差别不是特别大，练练大家基本都可以打三个位置，然后就是 最
physical，最聪明的培养打center了，很多球队愿意轮换OG，但是Center一般不会换的
。一般最好的inside Lineman肯定是打center了。 就像florida，先是Maurice
pouncey打center，他第一轮被选中以后，他弟弟mike pouncey从OG 换到center，也是
第一轮。

到BIRTH CENTER去。我的考虑是
1. 我是头胎，不会生太快，去这个BIRTH CENTER和它附近的救急医院大概是15分钟普
通开车，不算救护车。所以时间应该充足。5-1-1后去也不迟。
2. 如果去这个BITH CENTER，我会让3个MIDWIFE 中的其中一个给我接生。到时候我跟
他们任意一个都很熟悉，这样我心里会舒服一些，他们也会对我比较多了解，而医院就
很可能是一个ON CALL的医生来帮我了，而且医院免不了会让实习医生啊护士啊上手的
，我这人比较挑，总想选最好的医生，最好的护士，还是觉得自己认识熟悉的人放心。
沟通也比较方便。
3. BIRTH CENTER是不给麻药的。。但有TUB，我是肯定不会SCHEUDLE ELECTIVE C
SECION的，能自然生肯定自然生。但我也不知道自己忍受痛苦的能力有多大，所以真的
无麻药不知道我会不会晕死过去，但BIRTH CENTER会让我吃东西，可以泡澡，也可以比
较自由一点的在楼道里面乱窜，感觉跟家里一样舒服一点

center中的任何一个，所以不知道最终被发到那个center了。
以前看到有人说支票背面有一个三位字母开头的用于opt查询的号，如下
CSC（California Service Center）：Receipt上代号WAC = Laguna Niguel,
California；
NSC（Nebraska Service Center）：Receipt上代号LIN = Lincoln, Nebraska；
TSC（Texas Service Center）：Receipt上代号 SRC = Dallas, Texas；
VSC（Vermont Service Center）：Receipt上代号EAC = St. Albans, Vermont
现在支票被cash了（chase银行支票），但是还没收到receipt。
在网上看到电子的支票正面和背面的影印，没有3个字母开头的13位的号码，倒是有一
个一个字母开头的14位号码，最后8位是04152010看起来像是个日期。 |

我在加州，去香港的可以享受extended cut off.有一次Fedex Office的小二不知道
把route label换成W开头的，结果driver看到X开头的不打算pick up.还好我一番苦苦
教育，小二问了几个人之后才把X开头的route label打印出来。幸免不被pick up的灾
难。从此以后我全部去World Service Center drop off.那里小二个个业务精通，看
route label都能告诉你在哪里中转，几天到。
2.Fedex World Service Center比Fedex Office有更宽松的cut off
一般express的cut off 时间起码比Fedex Office延长半小时，靠近机场的甚至晚一
个半到两小时。
3.Fedex World Service Center比Fedex Office不容易丢包裹
drop off的包裹都直接被送到里面分拣仓库装车，不存在被Fedex Office小二胡乱丢

一是目测center shot的位置，二是equal limb adjustment（没找到合适的词，就是上
下limb的调整要一致）。
正好这两个是我的弓不能达到理想状态的原因。
先说equal limb adjustment，我甚至用游标卡尺来量gap的距离，确保上下两臂有同样
的设定。nock low（tear down）是俺的弓的一个完固的毛病，easton guide和网上的
大多数都说要提升nock point来解决这个问题，但对我来说不是这么简单，我甚至将
nock point调到超过90度level位置1/2寸还要多，箭摆上去明显地箭头朝下，即使这样
也不能解决这个nock low的问题。调整了nock point, rest height, string, cable
timing，甚至rest ripcord的timing，都不能根治这个问题。最后在archerytalk上看
到有人说了一句，可能是lower limb比upper limb快，所以始终有这么一个向下的运动

解，你们的错误是，在去那个啥 center 之前没有和自己的保险公司联系过，保险公司
没有给你们 approve 过，估计这个 center 根本就不在你的 network 里，所以贵，而
且已经去过了，生米煮成熟饭了，很不好办。看病为啥非得去 urgent care？你们没有
PCP? 还有一点儿，你查查你们保险的 annual deductible 是多少？用掉多少了？

class的时候有老美问可不可以选择birth center，但是被否定了，因为她属于high
risk，估
计高龄，多胞胎，有妊高，妊糖，胎盘前置等情况的都不建议选择birth center吧。另
外选择birth center可能也有时间限制，比如我在的医院要求如果选择birth center的
话必须34周之前从OB转到midwife那边去，可能是希望产妇在生产之前能和midwife建立
足够的了解和信任。 |
