BIT价格，是直接拍下，很多天后一直没付款，我看了买家的名字是中国人，所以就打
电话给他，对方说价格高了想CANCEL，我就点了CANCEL CASE,这样一直等了一周，对方
还是没有点同意CANCEL ,这个中间给他发过好几封邮件，也打了电话，对方一直说是会
看的，但也一直没做。我现在想打开UNPAID CASE都不行，EBAY提示我说已经打开了
CANCEL CASE，只能等着对方同意取消。想问问这里的前辈们，是不是再等段时间后，
即使对方不就同意取消，我也能开UNPAID CASE？ |

买家开了case后，我上传了pad可以power on的照片。买家自己也心虚来来去去六七封
message就是要求refund，一直到今天早上才最后提交给ebay escalate。eBay审查完的
结果，没有任何的words说in favor of buyer，只是声明case closed，最后是ebay出
钱把剩下的25退给了买家。同时声明我不需要付这笔25，这个case对我的id没有任何影
响。给ebay打了电话，他们的dispute部门说因为看到了我上传的照片，意识到这个
case是buyer不合理return，所以他们掏钱退的25，同时这种情况买家ID会被送到一个
部门去reiew，很大可能性会对买家采取一些措施。

好标题的习惯。比如missing inbound，一般是你从shipping queue里面reconcile，通
过这种方法会直接生成case，而且马总帮你标记好了shipment ID。有时候直接开case
的话建议一定要把shipment ID写好，这样以后查起来有没有赔钱，赔了多少，是不是
赔够了的时候你直接在case log的搜索框输入shipment ID搜索就能查到。 |

就可以投机取巧。比如说加入几个special cases handling就可以AC了。。。
没有test cases的时候，找bug确实要难不少，感觉更锻炼思维。。。 |

个（或多个）bug，所以你一定要仔细点。要是通过这个test case能自己发现并修复
bug，那面试官还可能放你一马，否则至少是一个negative，严重的直接没戏了。

试官应该尽量帮candidate节省时间，给candidate尽可能多的时间和机会表现自己。但
是有一种情况例外，如果一个candidate程序写得太快，还把edge case都写了，我会让
这个人过一个test case，以确定不是背的。还真有一些candidates程序写完了不知道
怎么过test case的，甚至有人跟我说过：I know it works; I just don't know how

个人感觉是不用填的，我觉得这个地方提到的apply是指已经寄过材料了才能算的。
而且根据DOS网站上 Complete an online application for a J-1 waiver
recommendation 上面的的重要提示：It is not currently possible to "submit"
the data electronically。我觉得在这个网站上在线填的资料他们是不会有记录的，
这个网站的功能仅仅是帮我们生成填好的可打印版的３０３５。要是我们填的资料通过
这个网站进入了他们的数据库的话，就不用我们再邮寄打印的３０３５了，我 |

生成的pdf文件时，发现有个地方的信息可能填错了，于是回到前面网页检查，发现没
有错，于是我又重新生成了一个package,因为我想我没有更改信息，以为case number
和bar code也不会改变，所以第二次生成的package没有检查，也没有保存生成的pdf文
件。
查了一下前辈发的帖子，结果才知道每次生成package，case number不变，但是
barcode都会改变，所以请问我是应该再重新填写一遍豁免申请，重新得到另外一个
case number 和bar code，还是就用第一次生成的case number和bar code.

我是去年6月11号的第一次case，没有任何消息。9月换了雇主，又file了一个case，更
没有消息。
看来uscis是准备不处理我6月的case，和九月case合并处理了。和你一样，再等3个多
月。 |

发帖数: 728 | 46 交了140，准备追加pp，但想在确定IO后pp。上周末USCIS系统还没更新时用receipt
number查了case，显示10/31 case received，然后当时当前状态是initial review。
今天登录新的系统，只显示我case状态是Case Was Received。大家也是这样吗？多少
天后pp比较保险？ |

我去年结的婚，夫人是美国公民。今年二月递交的绿卡申请。好像是三月份体检的。指
纹也按了。AP 和工作许可很快就批了。之后就一直等待，再也没有消息。上USCIS 的
网页查询我的case, 总是那几句话，就是
“Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO
ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case
processing has resumed.
On March 28, 2008, we received your response to our request for evidence. We
will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something
from you. If you move while this case is |

example, some bigger case numbers are assigned for earlier RD cases. |

USCIS has identified your application as a potential interview waiver case.
This means that we may not need to interview you to complete your

Just got off the phone with a NSC officer. She mentioned all pending I485
cases which have been put on staging (holding) area have been assigned with
the visa number. They will complete them by the end of September.
This is a good news for all pending case with an earlier RD. As I asked them
, they mention they process all case by I485 receivin |
