过渡不自然
还是有skidding
这种坡度要是carving起来速度会比较快你可能接受不了
接受不了的话容易身体后座或者造成skidding来减速
建议去比较平缓一些的坡上练习
练的时候不要急于求成
把每一个turn都从头到尾仔细滑好
哪怕一个turn完了过渡时间（直立时间）长点都没事
想好了怎么倾斜双腿怎么开始转弯再进行下一个turn
等越来越熟过渡衔接时间会越来越短
最后就可以画完美的大S了

理解了carving的机制，对你技术提升可能会有些帮助
至于平衡感怎么转移脚上压力还有怎么协同双腿就需要练习了

不过我目前也不太会carving，一般carving速度比较快，所以需要更强的控制力，所以

十年。更早的carving虽然也有，但是应用得非常窄。你看二十三十年前的滑雪教程视
频，被版上某某批成老式过时的，全是讲如何cross over，如何向板子前面或者后面施
加压力让它如何转动云云（也就是我们说的搓雪）。
但是，并不是说二十年前一切都没有。没有carving，野雪、蘑菇等等还是照样滑。 |

），胳膊和手向前，抬起（有说像开车的姿势，有说像hugging的姿势，有说像holding
a tray -- you get the idea)，身体向山下倾斜。这样子去carving会容易很多。 |

，一旦要 force , 就要扭腰，扭屁股，速度越来越快，然后就要靠更大的力气去 蹭雪
去减速， 大家看人家 pro short turn 的视频，总是觉得 turn 的快而多就是
short turn, 而且看上去好像是一直在蹭雪， 我的理解， short turn 还是 小半圆圈
, 还是有很好的支撑点 (7点钟 和5点钟)， 不是简单的靠 蹭雪, 那样的话和 pizza
差不了多少，
如果是 carving, turn 就 “更简单了", 呵呵
我记得我的carving 教练的课上 一句话是，you need to completely forget about

法通吃，这样学生也不会 confuse掉。你想，真正的 hardcore是绝少数，绝大多数的
人没那个 devotion去练了 carving又练 mogul，你一会儿跟学生讲两腿分开 hip
angluation，一会儿又讲要 stand tall靠roll knee, pivot，学生不疯掉才怪。所以
很自然的，carved round turn延续到蘑菇上，反正这样也确实能流畅的滑，学生又不
去参赛。
而且对教练要求也低些，wc zipperline确实难练呀。喜欢什么滑法是主观的，但是WC

处的夹角。我理解的是大腿femur跟铅垂线的夹角。其实跟我理解的也差不多，因为我
理解这个的时候心里已经假定了上身的inclination几乎为0或者尽量的小。
那么也就是说：
Angle(ski, snow) = upper body inclination + hip angle + knee angle
我想我们共同的认识是upper body inclination应该minimize
而knee angulation肯定是有限的。
然后我重新表达一下我之前的意思：
比起滑groomer，mogul里不需要set很高的Angle(ski, snow)来carve出wide&round的
turn，等价的说就是减小turn/corridor的width（+steering, -carving), 减小hip
angle，这样的好处是absorb的range可以得到增加，enable你能走更aggressive的路线。

我现在carving 每次滑都有新的体会，感觉是入门比蘑菇容易，但是要滑的帅，更难。
我大概也还处于初级阶段，但是已经感觉贼爽的。
上次在 vail 有一次卡爽了，看见一段 groomed 黑道， 嗖嗖的也 大S 卡下去，结果
马上发现速度太快，然后上身不由自主的就 incline （也就是后座了) 很多，然后大
腿就吃不住那个压力，居然在中间一下 卡的停住了，一屁股坐在自己的 ski 上， 没
摔. 不过从那后就明白，这个 走刃的角度需要 更 dynamic, 不能一个角度通吃，还有
skidding 和 carving 之间也需要 dynamic 的转化， 在不同雪况下.
下次卡陡坡，我估计我会 小 S 卡下去 （现在小S 还卡的很烂)，或者大S, 但是立刃
要小点，多点 skidding, 这样更好的控制速度。
另外吐一下， soul 7 carving 还可以，不比我的窄板差，也许我水平太低，体会不出

成junk ball point. 但喂球练习时， 可以carve出很好的球， 又快又低margin 感觉
也很大。。。 看来还是练习的太少。 可能和朋友练习时还是太保守， 得 go after
it.
非常同意 “时时刻刻要 split step, reset,预判，”，再加一条， stay low, try
to make eye level with the net tape.... 练习时可以做到， 一旦进入比赛就全没

tap volley. Carve doesn't have much pace, but it does have the side spin and
the ball stays low.

你可以稍微慢点，斜切过到边缘（heel side break)，整个过程屈膝；到边缘后准备入
弯之前extend (直身），头向你要转向的地方看（这个时候自然的肩就会转向和雪板相
同的方向，也就是你想去的方向），转弯很容易就完成了；然后转弯后，再次屈膝直到
到另一边，可能会因为一直carving，有点稍微上坡（虽然蓝道的坡也比较大，但是你
这样carving的话，实际上后来雪板可以朝上走的），继续入弯直身，然后转弯后屈膝
。如此重复，就能相当稳当的滑下蓝道了。
可以在绿道上练练再到蓝道上试试。
这个也可以用再half pipe上。

呢？有人喜欢滑得飞快，去体会速度的感觉；有人喜欢单黑双黑，去体会坡度的挑战；
有人喜欢跳坡旋转，去感觉腾空的乐趣。其实，都是去体会一些没有体会过的地形，动
作，或者挑战。不论单板双板，大家的目的都是要去体会一些乐趣。最理想的呢，就是
我们能很快就开始体会这乐趣，而且有很长久的时间来体会。想体会乐趣，必要的技术
是比不可少的。当我们感觉自己没什么大的危险（重则残废，轻则去医院呆个三五个月
），才能安心去寻找一些挑战，才能去细心体会，这样就能很投入和喜欢。而技术是保
证安全的先决条件。
滑雪技术的核心，就我来看，就是重心和刃的把握。
初级阶段的几个目标无非是，陡坡，高速，Carving，跳跃腾空。陡坡的技术要求基本
就是变刃的速度：从左刃变到右刃，或者从前刃变到后刃，要快。在速度还没达到不能
控制之前，完成变刃过程。高速滑行也是，要尽量少用刃，多用板，但是还必须用刃来
控制方向和平衡。Carving主要是变刃的流畅和重心的挪动。跳跃的关键是控制中心永
远在板子上方，尤其是在落地时。

根据自己的时间和兴趣，要想每个景点看一遍，至少要在里面玩三天。大部分旅行社的
线路安排都是一整天，走马观花，在几个著名景点前拍照留念，到此一游。每年的黄石
公园线路总是最受欢迎的，今年8月份的线路提前一个月就定满了。西雅图出发5天大巴

The Southeastern Conference distributed $209 million dollars in earnings
from the 2009-2010 season to the twelve member institutions.
The payout pushed the SEC further and further ahead of the four other BCS
conferences.
The generated revenue was 57.7% more than it was one year ago when the
payout was $132.5 million dollars for 2008-2009.
This time the cash cow will see the twelve institutions will carve out an

SPRING的坐标，但是在FAVORITE里面不给数字坐标。
不TURN的CARVING技术就是在两个板缘之间换着切雪面。对后腿的劲儿和操纵也有点要
求。我练得不多。明年再接着练。具体就是如果你HEEL SIDE之后转为TOE SIDE，以
REGULAR 为例，可以后腿甩得比较直，这样板就会通过以前面的TIP为固定点（假设）
，后面半截的板划过的距离面积可以视为一个扇形，这个就是TURN；如果这个转换过程
后腿不直接甩那么直，而是稍微控制一下力度和角度的话，那么前后两半的板子划过的
面积就不会是一个明显的扇形，就是板缘和板缘之间跟雪地接触的转换。这样的
CARVING就不会像S TURN那么明显。速度也快很多。 |

I don't know what new binding skis are.
do you mean those skis that are modified for supercarving?
they add some chips under the normal binding for more
aggressive carving to leave deeper tracks
as you ski at high speed, if you still make
carving turns, then the centrifugal force will
make your body tilt heavily inside. in that case, your
inside leg will have to support more weight for proper

1。forget about carving. almost nothing you learn about carving is
applicable on moguls. it's more like skidding parallel turns with knees and
skis together.
2. apply shin pressure to push down the tips of your skis, i.e., keep you
skis at maximum contact with the snow.
3. flex your knees to absorb impact into the face of the bump. this is as
important as turning your skis on groomed runs. speed control is achieved by

装备回来，想请教一下各位大虾们的意见。
我的ski简历：12/28学会ski - 7spring,经过对youtube的ski video的学习和拿了2，3
堂ski lesson,我已经告别wedge已经走向parellel ski一段时间了, 前2星期学会
carving,这两天在练习pole planting和mogoul (这两个学起来颇感痛苦，星期三晚上
去联系pole planting，我的pole有点短，速度很快的时候，绊着我的ski了，然后狠狠
的摔了一把，还好有头盔，差点没脑震荡，额头和眼睛有点擦伤，有点破相）
归纳总结我自己的目前的水平，我想我应该是我们的这里的advanced的level(就是一般
滑雪场，没去过大山，但是这里一般的滑雪场任何难度我都没什么问题,能很自如的
carving和quick short turn-without pole,但是如果去大山的话，我还是属于比较
intermediate的。

原来我背包，后来就怕养成坏习惯就不背了。
还有跟滑冰一样，一个动作一个动作的学，
你可以bt点video下来，原来版上有共享的，现在没有了。
我觉得有个名字叫carving的在欧洲拍得video比较好。
很详细，有100多步（很详细,好多可以省略），一步步循序渐进来的。
我每次去之前都会看一遍video，
把这次要练得步骤都画到小纸片上，一个个练过来。
要练carving有好多步，
单脚内外刃，
转每个弯时候摸坡上的地（蹲着摸）
在坡上划一个半圆到停
在坡上划2/3个圆，身体倾斜的很厉害，贴着地面，手举过头顶伸直摸地
最后停的时候就是侧躺在地面上的。
我就只练到这里了。
video里面下一步是在坡上划一个完整的圆，然后继续往下滑。

这个好像说道点子上了，我觉得我在陡坡上只能按照事先想好的路线滑就是因为身体比
较僵，需要躲人的时候转不过来。看来只能多练习了。

do it and able to execute it perfectly are 2 completely different things :))
Unlike a normal parallel turn, you do not want to have your center of
gravity to be too forward -- you want to maintain a neutral body position so
you can more easily shift body weight from one foot to another. Carving is
letting your SKI's natural bent curvature to do the turn, and not actively
