RTC crystal.
The frequency of RTC crystal is often 32.768K Hz and there are two common
loads of the crystal oscillator: 6 pF or 12.5 pF. The 10X oscilloscope probe
often has 20 pF capacitance and 10 M ohm impediance. If the probe monitors
the crystal directly, it will add extra capacitance to the loads of the
cyrstal. The cyrstal will not even start at power up.

The input capacitance of the op-amp will change the load capacitance of the
crystal oscillator.
The way to measure the frequency accuracy is to measure the output of the
oscillating circuit. You can not touch the lead of the crystal oscillator.

drive resistive load. But if load is capacitive, they normally have no
problem to drive, so no need to add a buffer.
Capacitive load can help stability or cause unstable. It all depends on what
the output stage structure is. |

resistive load（small resistor）的话，首先直流工作点就被破坏了，再加上output
resistance降低-》Gain降低。
可是不管resistive还是capacitive load的稳定性都要具体分析吧？大的cap load也未
必一定稳定吧 |

一下，完全就是华为想通过tmobile的测试，几个员工伙
计卖力过猛，被杂种们无限上刚了，几条罪状一个是照相，一个是拿出去测量了一下尺
寸。。。另一方面老中的不拘小节的习惯还确实是会被人抓住辫子欲加之罪，何患无词。
还有就是从以下的报道看，华为美国销售团队的老美当时过于简单草率地认了口说自己
员工有问题，埋下了事后今天被tmobile任意无限上纲的伏笔。。。教训！华为美国公
司不要太轻易轻信老美！可怜的是那几个卖力的员工，本来辛勤工作，极具一心扑在工
作上的劲头，结果不但被华为美国公司的老美马上解雇，搞不好还会被刑事起訴，什
么煞有介事的工业间谍，美国对中国人的白色恐怖，真的是歇斯底里，丧心病狂了。
这件事几乎可以下判断了：
完全是华为员工为了通过tmobile的测试卖力过猛。现在铺天盖地无限上纲到疯狂歇斯
