如果病人脑残拒绝cancel交易怎么办？怎么把FVF要回来？
买了个不到200的东西，病人非得要我寄到非paypal地址，我不同意就full refund他了
，然后在ebay 里面request cancel transaction，脑残他居然拒绝了，这怎么办啊？
现在就联系ebay看看能不能把FVF要回来？还是等到月底再联系ebay? 大家有什么建议

前几天用同一张信用卡下了3单 N4，都收到了confirmation，但是一直没见
ship confirmation。刚收到一封google的信，说他们不能run through 我的
信用卡，信用卡公司拒绝了他们的扣费。然后告诉我，7天之内不联系信用卡公
司就自动cancel。
这样，如果还有没有ship出来的N4，可以联系信用卡公司，叫他们decline
这次transation。然后N4就被cancel了。
我自己没有测试这样行不行，只是一个可能的 方法。希望对想cancel N4的有
点帮助。 |

1) GYM刚好在apartment的头顶上，有跑步机，等等，所以可能会很noisy
2) 正对窗户要开始建两个大高楼，会挡住很多view
3) owner的地址不是这个apartment的地址，是一个POBOX
现在很想CANCEL，下个星期六inspection, appraisal
什么是最好的方法cancel ? 现在就和buyer agent， lawyer说？
估计inspection, appraisal, HOA agreement都是CANCEL的理由
求建议，还没有和buyer agent, laywer讲
觉得应该尽快，否则对seller也没有好处 |

就是两个选择,问题是这两个选择没听清楚,
就是If you "Do/Do not/Don't" want to cancel your...
然后我选了那个以为她说的是"don't"的,
就听到"Thanks, your membership has been canceled"...
打电话给客服,客服说是我自己cancel的,只能再在他们的那些合作公司买东西,
然后才有可能得到连接重新注册...
版上应该没有和我一样杯具的了吧... |

，生成一个新的voucher, 问了一下customer representative,说新的voucher也只能自
己用。 试了一下，也真的不能给别人用。难道需要再出一张票才能给别人用？
我记得以前有张cancelled delta的国内机票，出过一次票以后，新的voucher可以给任
