了，连网上更新都没有！两次我们都去了，然后人家说我都跟你说了不用来你来干嘛？
都是san jose。第二次我们怒了，直接找supervisor，最后说是因为材料没到，让我打
电话给uscis，问题是我们第一次被cancel就已经打了，已经request了材料，人家说你
们的case没有问题啊等local office schedule interview就好了，可是人家local
office的
supervisor说了，“for some unknown reason”，我们没收到你的材料，这个我们管
不了，你得去找uscis，没材料我们怎么interview啊，连我们面试
官都从里面跑出来说我都ready面试你们了，可是没材料真的没办法啊！
然后第二次被cancel 以后继续打uscis电话，人家说材料送到了，就你们第二次面试被
cancel以后一天……
然后又过了一个多月才有的第三次面试（第一二次面试之间也差一两个月吧好像）

结果第二天（没过24小时）发现便宜了12块钱同一天的同一航班152块了，于是也没细
看发过来的电子机票确认件，把上一个取消了重新订了这个便宜的（同一航班）。但是
发现机票确认件上有non-ref/$change fee 的字样
现在不确定我这种情况是按照电子客票上的“不可退”还是适用non-risk
cancellation？客服的说法是可以退，但是貌似又与网站上的冲突，因为在线的网站说
我这个是不可退的，让打客服电话：
有人了解这个的能否告知一下，如果是说24小时内无条件退款（可能需要一周时间到账
），我想再取消了订提前一天，那个又要便宜些。不过现在不确定我这种情况是否适用

i am not sure about Progressive, but i just did an

。 大概会失掉400多。
不怪dealer。 只是买这个warranty其实很没意义。买了这个warranty，就必须指望保
留车，而且车必须8年或100000miles内没有事故。当然warranty可以transfer下个
owner。 不过意外总是要发生的。

我和这个人讲，我肯定没有cancel,但是他说，他那里就是显示是这种情况。后来接电
话的这个人用了大概10分钟的时间帮我把票找回来，重新给我发了email,同样的
confirmation #。
我找的是中国人代理，是我一个朋友的经常一起玩一起打牌的朋友，我还比较信任她，
每年都找她帮忙出票的。用信用卡付钱，statement都显示的是由航空公司charge的。
我昨天后来也和她讲了这个事情，她说，可能是航空公司卖票卖多了，随机/找价钱低
的机票cancel了一部分。她完全不知道我的机票被取消了，我也没有收到任何形式的通
知，就是昨天突然上网一看，才发现被取消了/
每年都这个时候回去，今年第一次碰到这种情况，这两天我都快成强迫症了，总担心机
票再被无缘无故的取消 -_- 也提醒大家一下，如果有时间的话，没事儿看看自己的票 |

不过代理还是不直接承认他们的错. 有些代理能通过办理团够买便宜票, 但是后来是拿
