完成后会收到confirmation email。但是立刻就发现flight program填错了，所以马上
就cancel了。
我cancel之后又收到一封邮件说：
The value of your ticket can be applied to future travel on United Airlines.
When you are ready to travel again, return to this cancelled reservation in
Manage Reservations to make changes for a future trip.
这是不是不退钱的意思了？
可是我的情况应该符合UA的24-hour flexible booking policy吧？我可以拿到refund
吗？refund是UA自动给我refund，还是我要在网上request？
