去年地震捐款了，后来就收到以下这两封信。
我的问题，捐的地震捐款是否全部用到地震救助。名字在www.osccfund.org可查到。
今天看了一下，2个网站都在运行。今天也个OSCCF 在causes上捐了。 www.osccf.org的上面的地
震捐款名单就很短。
希望有人能清楚的介绍一下情况。感谢所有热心组织的人，和希望今后管理规范化。

猜想：中国政府年年给退休人员涨那么多工资，然而人民币相对美元没有贬值说明了一
个问题：就是人民币大概真值那么多钱。美国才是越来越虚胖。
第二：美国夫妻两个工作4口之家假设年入25万美元。扣除各项消费，大概总的省下来
的大概也就10万美元（含401K存入的，mortgage principle， 和存款）。而中国父母
辈工作不错的退休工资大概能达到2000美元每月。因为国内医疗基本不花钱，再加上房
子付清，所以大概两个老人一年能剩下2万美元。考虑的中国的人力成本，还有物价，
能做很多很多事情。而美国夫妇两个扣除401和mortgage， 基本也就3-4万美元。购买
力基本没有，也就几年换一辆车。。
所以，北京，上海，和中国其他发达地区的生活不错人士，其实很多，已经可以至少平
视北美wsn。北美高智商人士基本属于失去了10-20年。
为什么会这样？我认为根本原因还是北美工程师自己没有产出。虽然写了不少程序，设
计了不少东西，但是都是纸面上的，绝大多数都最后垃圾了。而国内就算一个小厂，一

从国内来到加州看朋友。今天我在加州坐后座，上高速前没系安全带被给了ticket,罚
款多少？
给了出庭日期，是1月份的。可是过几天就回国了。
Colorado的驾照过期了，可是Colorado也只是要求前排系安全带的。
若干年前在加州呆过,啥时候变这么严了？
现在如何处理？主动去交钱，也没时间上课了哇。主动要求提前约上法庭？ |

BOA check card,首都机场7月取钱顺利, 在出候机室的大厅里, 300RMB, 似乎比当日中
国银行现汇汇率差不多, 略低
7月南京的一家建行成功, CHECK户头, 每次2000RMB, 共取5次, 取到第6次,不能再取,
走之前把日ATM提高到$1500, 然后几日路过几家建行在南京, 均可查询, 不能取, 甚至
小钱, 100RMB, 在江苏其他城市也一样,只可查询, 不能取钱, 有银联标志的也不行.
哈尔滨取钱, 不认卡, 中央大街附近的建行, 黑龙江省其他城市同样不认卡
给BOA发信, 没人理, 现在还在国内.
北京的BOA分行只办公, 不能取钱. 过几天回北京坐飞机, 再试试.
感觉这个卡很不稳定, 建行的人是一无所知. 北京BOA的分行的人更是一问三不知.

My duty is to the patient. There is nothing sophisticate about IV. The more
you do the better you get. On any particular day, the calmer you are the
steadier your hand will be. Putting pressure on the nurse don't do a

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人，千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv，当时我就觉得埋得太浅，但是那护士说没关系的
。果然，前天晚上准备再上抗生素的时候，发现iv掉出来了，肿了好大一个包，不知道
什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

可是，为什么我就是看不出来呢？
decreased activity， slower motions （感觉娃永远都那么精神，哪怕下一分钟能被
哄睡，也照样玩得很起劲）

从自家娃经验来看，也是这样的。1岁半左右，撒泼耍赖，以头拍地的的情况较多。也
许处理得比较及时，现在刚两岁，很久没有闹过了。前几天偶而一次装哭(没有眼泪)，
被立刻识破，给个台阶，就转涕而笑了。 |

但是，什么时候家长要给孩子撑腰， 什么时候应该放手让孩子自己处理呢？
这个问题，我始终不知道怎么回答.
昨天, 我回到家, 10岁的儿子就告诉我, 他在学校和同学吵架了.老师将会通知家长.
(到底是因为老师告诉家长他才告诉我, 还是他本来就会告诉我呢? 无从探寻.)
总之我让他复述了一遍事情的经过. 大概是同班一个一直欺负他的女生昨天又tease他，
老师当时不在， 所以他就写了个条子准备告诉老师，结果有好事者告诉了该女生，以
至于该女生冲过来嚷嚷他mean, teacher's pet....他也嚷嚷回去了...这是老师进来了
, 看到他们在吵,就批评了儿子. 儿子觉得特别不公平。
后妈我是从来没有去给孩子撑过腰。一般出现这种情况，包括上次我看到另外一个女生
不停地打儿子， 然后儿子还手， 一直都是觉得应该先批评自己的孩子的。
但是看到版上大家讨论过一定要给孩子撑腰。 我就决定给老师发封信问一下，表示关
注。
结果刚打开信箱,就发现老师的email已经到了：

发帖数: 102 | 49 小朋友几岁了？如果4，5岁再观察一段吧。我们这个5岁不到上的k，刚开始在学校真的
是天天被老师打报告啊！一年多过去了，现在已经outgrow那些问题了。老师也说现在
calmer了。5岁之前inpulse control还不能kick in，再成熟些就好了。我们庆幸当初
没给他吃药。 |
