进入电话网，然后从该爪哇国长途电信进入美国 。。。 而该爪哇国长途电信进入美国
的电话网口不加啥前缀 。。。 这样是不是这就可以成功把 Caller ID 伪造成美帝白
宫的号码，而给美国政府某机构打电话了？

另外，我们平时用的手机也可以被美国政府机构远程监控。我第一次用爱疯才几天，就
收到一个奇怪的带照片的短信，其发送者是匿名的，手机上只显示"No Caller ID"，照
片内容是我不认识的一种计算机主板，上面还有乱七八糟的一些接线。我当时想，很多
人知道我喜欢组装台式电脑甚至经常给笔记本电脑换主板，也许是给我开个玩笑吧？
后来过了一年多，爱疯系统升级了几次变慢了，我想是不是恢复出厂设置？于是我就

do you want the caller to be blocked in m2 and notified when m1 is done?
or do you want m2 to return to caller immediately?
both are pretty easy to implement with some thread sync approeach.

就用你这个s[2]的例子，如果紧跟其后的内存恰好是"23456\0"，这个函数应该返回-1还
是-123456？
系统提供的atoi和strtol函数原型也只接收串首地址而不接收串长，
错误返回值中也没有处理字符串未以'\0'的情况。
第二种情况也类似于第一种，交给caller或者callee处理都可以。 |

其实caller也
可以直接不管然后在自己的signature里面照抄那个Exception就好了.不过看名字感觉
Throwable像个interface阿。java里面还有什么xxxable是class么？

按这个思路上代码，五个函数实现了四个，第五个和第四个很类似，就不写了。函数返
回的是数组下标，caller可以用a[i]来获得值，此时数组a是递增的。
