和我了解一下情况，给我一个电话号码。
为了防止是骗子，我没有按照那个电话打，我直接打到本地fbi的office，结果是真的
，里面有人要和我喝茶，约定了时间，地点，今天早晨刚刚回来。
早晨9点在本地的一个starbucks见面，两个男agent，一个大概50岁，一个大概20出头
，50岁的主问，20出头的旁观，主要问题如下：
1。寒暄，自我介绍。聊了聊关于最近college football的进展，等等
2。您的学生XXX现在在作什么项目？
3。您的学生XXX现在有没有进展，能否接触到classified信息？
4。您的学生XXX现在是不是还有别的工作，喜不喜欢美国？
5。现在你们进行的项目是什么？
6。您的家庭背景等等
7。谢谢合作，给了我名片，说以后有进展和他们联系
在见面期间，我就说了，你们fbi应该不要把重点放在中国人身上，中国人100万年也出
不了劫机的恐怖分子，你说你们这不是白忙活吗？那个50多岁的的确是老手，他说，主
要是防止刺探情报和敏感信息，恐怖分子到还在其次，呵呵

最近IL警方抓了一个人。是个富二代。
他在FL飙车，撞死了两个英国游客，然后跑了。后来被条子抓住了。但是估计赔了很多
钱，另外上下打点，所以FL法院只判他HOME PRISON两年。
但是，这之前他在IL就惹过祸，还在ＰＲＯＢＡＴＩＯＮ，回来后就进了JAIL。
报纸报道这个事只是介绍了这件事，还有这个人的背景。就没有去比较为什么FL只判他

刚来美国的时候，一个北大妹妹和我是知心朋友，跟我说她同一年来美国的高两届的师
姐，当时就用了这句话，记忆如此深刻。

说反了。。。 是无论去哪个版，都撞见她的贴，有一个总体的印象，“这女人挺特别
的”。
刚来美国的时候，一个北大妹妹和我是知心朋友，跟我说她同一年来美国的高两届的师
姐，当时就用了这句话，记忆如此深刻。
知道这师姐做了什么吗？
当时这两个女生坐同一家飞机抵达，就是这个师兄接的，当时机场接机的时候，还有另
一个师兄，那个人碰巧roommate搬走了，空出一间屋子，师兄问两个女生，谁愿意去，
可以先白住几天，师姐马上抢先一步跟那个师兄上车了，留下这个妹妹孤零零的站那，
据妹妹后来回忆说，当时看她头都不回的先走一步了，眼泪都快掉下来了
这个妹妹刚来美国没地方住，师兄看了挺可怜，就让她住到了北大师兄的家里，师兄人
很好，让她睡他的床，没过多久，就从地铺回到了床上，这事儿我当时不知道，他们每
次来看我，都是三个人一起过来，一起回去，我根本没注意他们之间的三角关系。我住
的地方和他们隔一段距离，10月份的时候，妹妹暗示我几次，他们有关系了，我竟然一
句都没听懂。

察、法官等进行诈骗，所骗取的金额占中国所有通讯信息诈骗案诈骗金额的九成。
据《中国青年报》报道，专门研究电信诈骗的中国全国人大代表、珠海格力集团副总裁
陈伟才说，目前电信诈骗分为两种，一种是以大陆犯罪分子为主的地域性诈骗团伙，如
广东电白的“猜猜我是谁”“我是你领导”，海南儋州的“机票改签”等。此类金额少
，易破案，易追赃。
另一种是以台湾犯罪分子为头目的犯罪集团。他们多以“法院传票、信息泄露、涉及洗
钱”为名，冒充警察、检察官、法官，实施跨境诈骗。个案超过10万元（人民币，下同
，2万2000新元）的基本是后者所为，将全中国九成的骗款收入囊中。
根据台湾警方介绍，目前台湾有近10万人，以面向大陆进行改号电话（Caller ID
spoofing，指来电时手机上显示另一个电话号码）诈骗为生。
报道指出，中国通讯信息诈骗案数量近年来居高不下。公安部数据显示，2011年、2012
年、2013年全国通讯信息诈骗分别发案10万起、17万起、30万起，年均增长70%以上。
2014年全国电信诈骗发案达40余万起。
