发帖数: 858 | 3 说来很有意思，我来美国7年了，当穷学生的时候都没去door dust，现在经济情况好转
了反而对door bust充满了好奇，很想知道经过一夜苦熬之后拿到自己心爱的商品是什
么感觉。这个星期五我就去Cabelas感受了一把，结论是：不值，明年再也不来了。
去Cabelas是因为我对这家店的印象非常好，我的第一支枪就是在Cabelas买的。当时我
8:55 pm走进去，人家9:00关门，所有的店员都满脸笑容的等着我，直到9:55才把事情
弄完，还是个deplay的结果，弄得我很不好意思。今年的black friday礼物是：望远镜
、rangefinder、烤箱、猎枪一支、或者一张up to $100的礼物卡，前600个进入大门的
顾客都有礼物，总体感觉不错。
星期四6:00pm。我来到店门口，发现大概已经有10个人了，其中有一家子来的，小孩大
人围在红外取暖炉旁，很高兴地向我打招呼：哥们，来了！我看了一圈觉得现在出来太
早了。路易斯安娜的天气应该是很热的，唯独今天晚上突然降温，温度预测要到零度以
下，我不想早早挨冻。

跟你是隔着一层的。
其次，G Loomis提供的换杆是$50一次，但那是任何杆任何时间都可以换，对于
$500,600的几年前的杆，他还是这个价格。但是cabelas这个plan完全不一样，
第一，他是有时间限制的，只能有一年，第二，他是根据产品价格而定的，120
的杆收20,300以上的杆就收50了
你是觉得G Loomis 50块一次的终生包换好，而是cabelas 50块一年的服务更好
呢？
再次，我没跟厂商换过杆，所以不知道他们的速度。cranberrypig跟shimano换
过好几次，我印象中没有超过一个月周期的，cranberrypig出来证实一下？而且，
为了你邮寄方便，shimano对他说你可以自己把杆弄成几段放在小盒子里寄过来
就行了，而且，NO RECEIPT REQUIRED。只要是shimano的杆，你都能找shimano
去换根新的，只要付一个普通包裹钱就行了，这怎么也倒不了20吧？cabelas要

发帖数: 7016 | 18 几年前在明尼苏达Cabelas买的打折wader ($10)的鞋底有点漏水。星期五那天到起来得
很晚，到Cabelas扫别人剩下的货，整了些jig/lure，顺便想买一个粘鞋底的胶水啥的
把wader给修一下。给鞋部售货员说我在找胶水修鞋，他听了情况，很惊
讶地说“真的哇”，然后说“只要是Cabelas牌子，如果是正常用途下靴子漏水，这属于
售保范围之类，拿来交换就行了。”
今天拿了wader去换，客服说，这个型号已经不生产了，如果拿钱走人，能给我
100。想要交换，去找到相似的型号，如果价钱有差别，只要部门的售货员同意，
客服也可以接受。如果售货部门不同意的话就补差价。于是找了一个相似的型号$170，
和部门售货员聊了一下，他同意了，客服当然也同意，顺利换了。
偶连老发票都没有啊，Cabelas真的注重他们的品牌，得扎扎实实地表扬一个，它的货
物值得买。

一年多前在 Cabela's 的网站上买了根钓竿，加运费与税总计 $226。一个多月前这根
钓竿的第一节不小心被我弄断了，非常心疼。去查 Cabela's 的网站，网站上说钓竿不
能修理，只能视状况替换。于是我就把断掉的第一节给寄过去。寄回去的时候我附了封
信，说明这是我自己不小心，不是产品的问题，it's my bad。
一个多月后收到一封回信，让我把剩下的三节也给寄去，但没说他们要怎么处理，我就
照做。今天收到一根全新的钓竿！全新的，就连包装都是跟新品的包装一模一样，而且
没有 charge 我任何钱，连运费都不用。我所有的花费就是把断掉的竿子寄回去的十几
二十块钱运费。
当然，这根竿子是 Cabela's 自己的牌子的，如果是他们代理其他品牌的话，估计就不
太可能了。
这种客户服务我以前还没碰到过，不得不冒泡夸一下。
（现在手上还有一根今年夏天台湾买的钓竿，也是第一节断掉。我心想就算明年度假时
带回去，估计也不会有这种服务。） |
