1, shooting center mass is the easiest way to avoid injuring innocent

总之不是那么容易的， 想捏造罪名要达到让bystander一致认为这是beyond
reasonable doubt的水准是非常难的。
检方律师， DA, 也不会随意就拿一个6岁孩子的证词起诉。 要败诉的话对他自己将来
很不利。 所以一定是有creditable的evidence. 我们没上庭不知道。 比如对被告性器
