Identify a drowning victim. An active drowning victim is conscious and
struggling. This type of victim displays the following characteristics:
-Unable to call for help
-Thrashing arms
-Vertical in the water

you think it's a kill shot, your body gets a little bit tighter, you go for
a little bit more than you need to, you get a little bit agitated with your
footwork, all these increase your chance of UE.
A higher level player would be a lot more relaxed, he'll hit it with ease.

如果我有周游世界的计划，日本一定会是最后一站。与众多哈日的80后不同，我对日本

由于好友答应帮忙照看车和行李，我把roadtrip的终点定在三番，出发前定三番回国的
机票因为便宜选择了日航的飞机在东京转机，因为买不到5月份当天东京到北京的机票
，我突然萌生了到东京玩两天的念头。
老早就拜读过deadeye和bystander的东京游记，知道在东京有三天免签的过境通行证，
于是定了5月31号到东京的机票，6月1日，2日在东京停留两天，2日晚回到北京。预定
了31，1日两晚新红阳旅馆的单人间(2700, 睡不惯榻榻米，还是选了有床的 |

到一年时间的版务有些担心，现在已经习惯于企鹅同学白天在线辛勤批阅文件处
理版务的模式了。所以希望能再有两个志同道合的朋友来一起把travel版的工作
更扎实地做下去。
对应征版务的Ids的期望如下(权重按顺序由高到底排列)：
1、治版作风和处事温和(!!);
2、对旅行和travel版有热情，版务工作踏实认真，有比较强的敬业精神；
3、是travel版上相对比较常见的ID，如果曾经发过一些有用的帖子的就更好了。
上面这三点是travel版原版主bystander在第一次征版务的时候写，现在基本上还
是这些吧。

最近新闻“女子麦当劳店内拒搭讪被6人当场打死”传
得沸沸扬扬，但是事实上这个新闻标题起得就不对，去跟死者要号码的是位女性，怎么
能算得上搭讪呢？不过单身女性公共场所受到暴力威胁的处事方法确实值得研究。
看完整件事儿的经过，笔者大概给理一下思路：死者被一群疯子（据说是邪教）给
纠缠上了——到这儿都是运气问题；在殴打过程中，在场没有任何人出手施救——到这
儿就是技术问题了。
何出此言？为什么碰到这种情况大家不会去施救？我们这是要讨论大众的道德问题
吗？非也。

STANDARD" LOAD进去后，再变黑白。这是我第一次为了扫街而拍，所以经验有限。个人
觉得时机很重要吧。例如，第一张，我等了10-15分钟才出现没汽车，并且只有一部自
行车的时候。另外就是拍之前看了本版上推荐的书(Bystander : a history of street
photography)和下面这个拍纽约的网站。。。

The good side is that there are still many good Chinese discuss it and ask
why this could happen.
The really bad side is the main stream media controlled by CCP government
said nothing about it. This should be widely discussed inside China and be

Who are those 18 people? Basic statistics infer that most people including
