一大早去看了骨科医生。照了X光,说是有可能 buttock有损伤。让我在进一步做个 MRI
。而且说是暂停游泳。想想没觉特别痛,还是接着游,只要不练 kicks ,问题应该不大
。美国看个病真难呀!从受伤到现在有一个月左右了吧。下周才能做 MRI ,在约一下骨
科医生估计又是一个月。。。
今天是练习双侧呼吸的第二天,就两个字,缺氧。呼吸是大问题。呼吸不好,其它的什么
都是零。身体不 streamline 。转体总是转太多。 HEC更是不用提了。
买的Finis snorkel到了。今天用它试着练习 HEC 和 drills。好几次都用鼻子呼吸,结
果当然是呼水了呛到了。
