昨天（星期六）开车的时候发现仪表盘异常。charging light (电池),
ABS light, parking brake light，都亮了。感觉非常奇怪，不太可
能三个东西同时都坏了。什么问题能导致三个灯都亮呢？上网查了查，有些人
有类似的情况，大部分都说是alternator (发电机）坏了，有的电池也坏了。
今天早上（其实吃过早饭就1点了），量了一下电池的电压，12伏，正常。发动后再量
，15.5伏。好像有点高。一般来讲，发动后，电池电压应该是13.6-14.4V。有可能
就是这个电压过高，导致三个警告灯都亮了。估计是alternator （发电机） 的问题。
准备一会上网查查，是不是要换。换个alternator 要几百大洋，要是能换个二极管啥
的就解决最好。

ｄｉａｐｅｒ ｒａｓｈ 的软膏用什么都是用几次后就不见效了，还就是 butt paste
稍微好点。你们可以还接着用，要及时换 ｄｉａｐｅｒ,然后用清水冲洗一下屁股
，关键的环节是一定要晾干，晾干后再涂butt paste，接下来你可以找件棉质的不再穿
的旧衣衫或者薄薄的ＲＥＣＥＩＶＩＮＧ ＢＬＡＮＫＥＴ，洗净烘干后裁剪成无数小宽条，（长
度宽度你自己决定），放在ｄｉａｐｅｒ里面接触宝宝屁屁皮肤的地方，再包上ｄｉａ
ｐｅｒ 就行了。没几天就渐好至痊愈了。试试看，我家就这样好的。 |

尿布上去了。我的儿医说cream没有ointment好，所以才换了butt paste。 但是儿医说
的用baby oil清理屁屁我是半信半疑。昨天早上看了医生，还只有屁屁破皮，现在两天
不到，除了破皮没见好转其他地方还红了。不知道是baby oil不行还是butt paste 对

spread the legs. Let him poop. When he's done, while keeping the same
position, put his right leg on your right arm, then use your right hand to
turn on water, move his butt under the running water, slightly raise his
butt then you can wash his behind. Still use your right wrist to hold his
right leg and use your hand to rub with water. When dry, simply sit him on a
dry towel.

之前我是个懒妈，每次都用wipe擦完了事，每天就洗两次屁股。现在刚出月子，娃的屁
股就红了，烂得一块一块的，看着真心疼。我开始每次先用wipe擦，然后用面巾纸擦干
，然后摸尿布膏，这样还是不行。再后来在网上做功课，发现一定要保持干燥，于是从
今天开始了每次屎尿都洗屁股--吹干---摸油这个过程。可是这才坚持了一天，我就累
得不行了：
1.娃屎尿太频繁了，比如说从下午5点半到现在9点半，已经进行这个程序5次了，基本
上每隔半个小时就来一次....大家都是这么坚持下来的吗？有时候他放个屁都能带出点
屎来，这种也要洗屁股吹干吧？
2.白天我和我妈两个人还好，晚上我一个人带他，换尿布的时候也要进行这个程序吗？
能不能晚上就用面巾纸擦干就行了？
3.另外我看精华区里面说摸油比摸尿布膏效果要好，我就用了baby oil，不知道行不行
？
