用过a+d和Boudreaux's Butt Paste，对我家娃a+d就管用，一红屁股就抹上一层，一天
就下去，缺点是比较油，味道不好闻。butt paste优点是绝对防水，我娃还是nb的时候
红屁股破皮，一上这个半天就好了。缺点就是比较厚重。个人认为butt paste比a+d见
效快。

dollar highway, telluride, gunnison NP.

3rd day early morning see sunrise in Maroon bells, and then head back to

setting很慢，但是发现一个问题，就是强度不够，grip tape和butt cap都曾偶然被弄
开过，配容的比例肯定没问题，我都是用带刻度的针管。
这类专门reel seat的epoxy强度不够是特意的么？我有两支用的是alps aluminum的
reel seat，rod demo时候有几个看到，要求我换成碳纤维的reel seat，当时说可以拿
下来，所以让我在猜测是不是强度是特意这样设计的？我第五支杆子非guides部分的
epoxy，是去home depot买的heavy duty的epoxy，那个真结实，上butt cap和reel
seat干的快，而且超强。
你reel seat直接顶foregrip，不影响casting么？我两支是#16的reel seat，后来是觉
得太细，就开始用#18的reel seat，如果直接顶foregrip，因为一般eva的foregrip的

Jigging的时候，请参考第一楼的录像，rod butt的eva把手即rear grip，不包括butt
cap，要在左臂的腋下，左臂不停作机械运动时候，手握在reel stem处即reel seat的
位置，是否感到合适和不累。
这样来确定reel seat的位置，这也是为什么，自己做的杆子，会比外面买的千篇一律
的杆子来的更适合自己的身材臂长和用力方式。
对fore grip的位置确认，这里有个tricky的地方，首先是blank的调性要确认，其次就
是在这个基础上，确认如何使butt cap在fight plate中的时候，身体可以用最小的力
量来搏斗，即如何使超猛战斗力的鱼，其反作用力最小的作用在你身上，或者说避免硬
作用力。我参考了Fisherman杆子的位置，也参考了类似blank的调性试验，可惜我没找
到这根的。
这之后的工作，上前后grip，上之前，确认好位置后，要用胶布防止胶水/epoxy沾到
blank上。
如果沾上，处理方法是爱涩痛清洗，或者在半干时候用刀片。 |

纹间隙变松，比如虽然能够很紧地上好，但是nut的螺纹间隙会变大。
为解决这个问题，考虑把locking nut可以更换，不再考虑使用高级的soft touch，就
是普通的Fuji碳纤维reel seat，然后把butt wrap这块使用更简单的heavy duty
shrink tubing，然后套上butt cap，使得更换locking nut的时候，只需要把后面拆开
即可。
唯一的缺点是，这次英国人把订单弄错了，我定的12尺的，送来的是13尺的C2，12尺和
13尺的差别是，12尺butt直径是一致的，13尺是带taper的，即12尺可以使用16号的
reel seat，13尺的需要使用18号的，如果要方便从后面更换locking nut，需要提高到
20号的reel seat.
这是目前犹豫的地方之一。

在看free float handguard和front sight如何配在一起不会handguard过长遮住gas
block on 20" barrel。
大家说不要用Pinned的front sight,用screwed 或是clamped.也有人说，对于barrel的
影响pinned
以后装scope,又不会太重，影响barrel的准确性？
想买一个collaposible或是adjustable的butt stocks.不知道两个有何区别？都是可调
节长短的。经常看到说six/eight position adjustable,不知道这是什么意思？ 大大

mm你试过8minute butts没有？youtube上有，和8min abs一个系列的。
另外我kickboxing课上还有一个侧蹬腿的垫上动作，也会让我觉得glutes和butt酸疼：
起始姿势是四肢着地，肘和膝都跪在垫子上，然后象大部分练butt的运动那样，往后蹬
腿，蹬完以后，保持全腿与地面平行，侧向扫个1／4园，变成往侧蹬腿的样子，然后收
腿回腹部。然后继续，后蹬腿，平扫成侧蹬，收腿。这样重复一些。然后反向：侧蹬，
平扫成后蹬，收回，一样也是重复。
不知道说明白了没。。。我个人来说，做这个比squat什么之类的有感觉。但是我平时
基本不做重量练习，兴许就是班门弄斧了，别见笑。

对于肚子上的肥肉问题，也不太清楚如何处理。很多人推荐的8 min abs, 好象原理是锻炼腹部肌肉，如果肌肉长出来了，肥肉也还在的话，肚子岂不是更鼓了吗？若说经常锻炼的地方就不长肥肉，好象也不对，貌似那些butt lifting的锻炼就是通过锻炼臀部的肌肉把butt垫起来的。如果臀部上本来的肥肉都因此给锻炼没了，这个net effect不就被cancel out了吗？总之，同样是锻炼，锻炼腹部就减小腹，锻炼臀部就让臀部丰满， hrmm, 总觉得是too good to be true... :-P

felt like I haven't run at all today. This week I'm going for 61 miles.
One thing I noticed is that I need the "butt-kick" motion of legs to run
fast. I don't usually do this when I run at marathon pace but I do it in
shorter races. Today when I do 3/3 breathing, without "butt-kick" my comfort
zone is 6:45-6:50 pace. With "butt-kick" I get down to 6:30 with relative

1.先纠正你的错误！只有中国版才称85。所有其它版叫Mid Size。所以，SV版是PS
Midsize，not PS85
SV版有3个版本，50-60 LB版是不确定SV版。相同版本SV，有相同butt cap code。不相
同版本SV，butt cap code一定不同。我的HSQ拍，我就见过相同code。
至于code如何定义，我不知道，可能代表同一时期制造。
2.为什么50-60 LB版是不确定SV版。50-60 LB版有Red primer and butt cap code
ended with letter Q。这是两个主要方面大家判断SV版，虽然我的50-60 lb版满足这
两个条件，但是有高人告诉我这个版不是SV,是台湾版。
这个高人是Tennis Menace，当初我找SV版bumperless grommet的时候，只有他们有货
