具体说就是，当我设想自己要在一个地方（职业）或一个人（家庭婚姻）稳定下来，
我觉得我立即就感到了生命的结束。
原来似乎是靠drifting来让自己“觉得”人生后面还有很多时间，不会结束一样。
反而是当自己一旦试图稳定的时候，会发现心理有牵挂burden.
(Waichi当年把人的活动分为三类，1、有生-念佛，2、空，3、日常反应，
我觉得我做地三类时容易乱、心慌。
而禅定要求无论做任何一类都不乱才行。）

缪玉亭1993 年加入基金会，曾任基金会第五和第六届理事会副会长。 她在2001年离开

有反应的（这个是根据以前一些一期试验的经验，没有依据）。个人对cancer vaccine
持怀疑态度，主要是因为：
1. 这个mutational load theory本身就很有瑕疵，如果看看几篇N Eng J Med的文章，
有疗效和没有疗效的患者mutational burden本身重叠部分就很大，加上现在很多被认
为是low mutational burden的肿瘤类型，对checkpoint反应率也没差太多。所以
antigen response 到了一定程度后，就是看microenvironment的抑制情况了。如果只
是作为maintenance therapy，那就回到20年前了，很难和新一代的制剂抗衡。
2. 即便是早期的cancer testis antigen vaccine, long peptide vaccine 也可以产
生类似于这个文章里的T 细胞反应，不过疗效在established tumour里微乎其微。这两

整个采访是用SKYPE进行的，深夜11点，传来一个非常柔和的声音，有广东一带特
有的温婉。对于这个OCEF的资深义工，再多的语言，也不敌１９９３～２００６这个朴
素的数字。
我感兴趣的是，每一个人坚持着的人背后的信念和发生在他们身上的故事。是什么
使她加入？有困惑么？会疲累么？想过离开么？感觉失望么？又是什么让她最终坚持了
下来。
相信每一个人曾经走过的道路，都会对日后的选择有显化或潜在的影响。Tina为什
么挑选这份事业，为什么坚持10多年，在对那些孩子怀有深切同情的同时，又是什么力
量让她把这个内心良善的愿望化为现实中长期的执着。
Tina提到她的父母是农村老师，而先生也是农村在长大的；梁敢曾经在那个特殊的

下面根据本人学习TORTS中有关诽谤的内容，给出该案的举证责任分析:
1、习惯法上的举证责任：
美国的法律是英美法系，因此，过去的案例对以后的相似法律具有约束力。根据习
惯法原则，被告有举证责任，证明相关言论是真实的。如果博讯的言论涉及的是一般的

如果原告是公众人物，比如政府高官或者是像章子怡这样的影星，那么美国的宪法
