的边缘正好卡在bunion上就特别痛。stuart weitzman的pump前面包得多，显脚窄，觉
得不错，但价格小贵。
最近在找好走路的flat，试了很多双发现这个bunion不包进去，简直是折磨，根本无法
走路。 |

key，黑色皮的pump，2-3寸的跟就行。面试穿的那种。
我左脚上有一个bunion （就是有一块骨头突出来），医生说不够严重，不给做手术。
结果就是这块骨头让我吃尽了苦头。。。也试过一些bunion的pad什么的，都是浮云。
平时觉得还可以接受的鞋，cole hann，aquatalia，la canadien，试过他们的pump （
2-3 in 的跟），基本上就是折磨自己。。。 穿了一个晚上第二天脚就不太敢着地，只
好一瘸一拐的上班。。。
JMS有没有可以推荐的？我觉得最重要的是皮子柔软，可以有expand的空间，才能fit我
的bunion。。。 budget当然是越便宜越好，但是为了买到能穿的pump，我也豁出去了

我还天真的以为能把bunion露在外面的会好一些。。。我去试试 stuart weitzman.
flats我已经give up了。。。
冬天的靴子我买过几双Aquatalia，还真不错，打折的时候价钱也可以接受。可惜他们
的pump没有太柔软的。 |

To OP:
The trail you mentioned might be Bald River Falls trail. It is in Tellico,
close to sweet water.
The fall is beautiful, but the trail is so so. you may just hike the first
mile.
The easy trails for you are: Laura falls, Abrams falls, Andrews bald.

发帖数: 710 | 11 6/2更新，今天又跑了一个12.4mile，一摸一样的路线，1小时48分钟。第一个6.2mile
用了，53分钟，第二个用了55分钟。这次比上次更加push一些，带了一小瓶佳得乐，没
有穿外套。
欣慰的是比上次快了12分钟，但是有两个问题想问问大家。
1. bunion （网上找的，不知道是不是这个词，就是big toe往脚跟处的那个关节）有
水泡，并且没开始跑多远就比较疼，尤其是第二圈，导致我无法发力和加速。这个是不
是鞋的问题？我穿的trance，从一开始穿这双鞋的时候，这个位置就有水泡。
2. 第二圈的后半部分，全身感觉非常冷，两条腿都有要抽筋的感觉。因为我是晚上跑
的，这个是因为温度低了？还是我过于push自己了？

发帖数: 283 | 12 再上来汇报下。 上次听说马勺有Hattori 。 奔去买了一双。 跑了两次， 和以前一
样的速度，目前感觉很好， 膝盖一点都木有痛阿，减震也足够，很舒服！小腿没觉得
酸，以前短跑的两大陀肌肉还在。 跑了膝盖是有点累的感觉，但是一点不痛。 唯一是
我自己有点bunion,略有不适。
以前一双Nike ，每次都有点疼，抗过去。所以膝盖有点疼的同学， 可以看看是不是鞋
足够合适。
还有， Hattori码偏小， 平时我是7.5， 到了Hattori，穿袜子，竟然要9， 窘！ |
