the visa bulletin passed the PD. Couples things need to be confirmed:
1. Is the processing time shown on the USCIS website started from the PD or
the date they receive the I-130 or started from the date when the visa
bulletin shows the visa is available for the PD?
2. Let's say if the I-130 is pending and the visa bulletin shows the visa is
available for the PD now, can you go ahead file I-485, together with EAD
and AP, |

老公的雇主帮办的Eb3，本来以为还要排很久，结果最近几个月的排期往前走的好快。
12月份的visa bulletin已经到我们的排期了。我们上个星期已经开始准备了DIY I485
了，大概计划12月初能全部弄完。我想问的是我们应该是弄完立刻就递呢还是等1月的
visa bulletin出来之后再递。新的visa bulletin有没有可能后退呀？如果后退会把我
们的材料退回来吗？？
我现在是在用OPT工作，OPT1月中旬到期，H4的材料2个半月前递的，还在initial
review状态。我们在递I485时用不用递交我的H4 receipt？我们也打算一起递交EAD/AP
申请，需不需要我的employer verification letter？
