是莫名其妙。 obamacare唯一的受益者是政府，对于普通民众，不管是穷人还是富人，
都是被宰的货。毕竟obamacare的长远目的就是减轻政府的医疗负担。当然了,保险业和
有pre-existing condition的病人也会有些受益,毕竟一个是推手，一个是门面。
obamacare的四个plan的coverage分别是Bronze 60%, Silver 70%, Gold 80%，
Platinum 90%。Silver plan的价格可以在下面查得到，4口之家的保费要1万左右。

穷人可以拿些政府补贴来减低保费，可问题是面对巨高的deductible,穷人还是看不起
病。
个体户和短期失业的，因为年收入远超过贫困线，政府没有任何补贴。
同样的coverage的情况下，obamacare的保费比以前的商业保险贵多了，毕竟保险又经
过了政府的手盘剥了一把，费用当然要飞涨。

交纳医保费，平均一年个人出20万日元医保费，也就是2000美元，
