我有几个问题想请问一下，请明白的人指点指点，万分感谢。
1.报告最后显示15年3月份作为dealer的车去了拍卖行。四月份又注册并转了title。这
是怎么回事呢？去过拍卖行的车会有问题吗？
2.这车比较老有4个title了。其中第三个有loan报告，请问是不是因为已经有第四个
title了，说明前面的loan已经clear了，不然不能转title，所以不用担心了，是这样
吗？
3.该车15年四月转完title后没有其他报告了，正常吗？
求各位解惑，非常感谢！

的，完全在我家草坪下。现在在我家和他家线路交汇的地方被我家property上的树跟扎
破了，管子里面长了树根。邻居找了rotorooter的人用video看了，说拐角处有破洞，
说要挖开地面换那个拐角fitting.这件事要3000块钱。
现在有两个问题：
一个是如何修理。因为我家房子想两三年后重盖或者卖掉，所以我不希望做昂贵的修理

1. 洗手间暖气响，半夜多次被吵醒。
2. 楼上洗手间半夜冲水，卧室睡觉被惊醒。
3. 淋浴热水时有时无，冬天洗澡直哆嗦。
4. 地下车库棚顶水泥大片掉落，露出钢筋，时而滴水。
5. 其他问题包括楼道内异味，公寓楼所处地理位置治安相对不好，房东与维修人员不
友好，不耐烦。
问题1在与房东历经两周交涉多次后，维修人员把卧室暖气停了，不响了。问题2，房东
表示无法解决，不可能不让半夜上厕所。我和我老婆不得已把床搬到客厅住。问题3，
很早以前和房东反映过，维修人员来了说需要换一个控制阀可以解决，但耗时长，至少
一天。当时觉得麻烦就先算了。最近降温，连续一周洗澡都只有温水，自己能对付，老
婆受不了，决定换控制阀。结果维修人员来了说没办法，并矢口否认之前讲过可以换控
制阀，还说别的住户都没事儿，只有我们一户抱怨。
当初签合同的时候因为比较急，也没顾得细细考察，现在肠子都悔青了。合同签的一年

Someone is testing a Hk P30 to the 50K round, he is at round 37k now. Only 2
parts breakage( some kind of spring) I believe.
