if it's within professional boundary, u have to take it like a man and ur

而老版本里面只是显示一个页面的大框框,不是每行下面都有线.
我就是喜欢显示那个框框的.所以老是选show text boundaries的.

Unfortunately, that is the default view of text boundaries in Word 2013 (and
cannot be changed AFAIK), which is one reason I will not be using Word 2013
, as I refuse to either deal with that display or try to operate without
text boundaries displayed.
This is another instance of Word designers not understanding how people in
the real world use Word.

用这个"boundary map"搜索很好用,至少我找到了:
sunnyvale, cupertino, mountain view, los gatos, saratoga
等等地方的小学.
一般能搜索到一张地图,地图上有几个小学的边界,你知道房子的
街道地址就可以对应找到小学(如果有中学或者高中的也可以).
搜索几次你就能有概念了. |

boundary line上可进可出, 因为PAUSD不想接受这全部45个units,也可能采取和670
San Antonio Rd的做法。 另外也有附近PA居民要求把这45个units换到里面去，这样
彻底不在PAUSD的boundary 内, 反正还没有开始建,计划都有可能改变.
象住Mill Ave附近的PA居民,想加入PAUSD,折腾了30年没成功.要改两个学区的边界比
当年recall加州州长难多了.

将来，quimby middle的分一半出去完全可能。连chaboya都有人上silver creek，
quimby不可能全身而退的。
evergreen 是最靠东南的高中，所以往东往南往山上住，肯定是安全的。就算你在
evergreen旁边也不一定上的了它，看看现在的norwood,离高中小于0.2m，还不是一样
被踢。所以quimby是靠不住的。
上个月，shapel刚刚拿到evergreen village那块地，要建107个units，可以5年后，那
个boundary还要向东向南继续收缩。
我老在一个很安全，很安全的小学，呵呵

1.学校的boundary是一直在变化。 没有人能保证明天小孩就要到哪个学校上。以当天
打电话给学校，校区核实为准。 小学的问题最严重。 初中， 高中一般没有overflow
问题， boundary也不太变化。
2. 只要看那里860分以上的小学就算不错了。列一下：
Ruskin，
Northwood（新杀出来的黑马），
Nobel，
Majiestic，
Summerdale，
Vinci Park，
Laneview
3.肯定有。但是2007， 2008肯定是永远离我们而去。这个双肯定没有人怀疑吧。 |

因为已经有一个房子了，但是学区太差了，在附近买了个townhouse。本来是准备把现
在房子出租，自己住townhouse。结果贷款遇到问题了。已经补充好多材料
先写一个statement，说因为学区的原因，所以想换一个房子
然后underwriter又觉得说这两个房子太近了。还是只能算investment
我又写了一个statement，因为上班就在这边，当然就在附近看房子啊。不是很正常的
事情吗。
然后又补充了一个把现在房子出租出去的lease agreement + deposit
之后把hoa的资料都找出来了，说townhouse这个必须owner occupy 两年以上才能出租
，尼玛这么多资料面前，竟然
underwriter还是不同意，我只有escalate我的case啊，结果折腾了两天现在情况又要
补充一个学区出一个证明，说not allowing any boundary exceptions。
我都想骂人了。明明两个不同的城市，学区当然不一样，虽然距离很近。搞了这么多证

能出租是不太合理的，但是有可能BOA就是要求你的tax return上必须要有两年的出租
房记录才可以（并不是所有lender都要求这样）。实在不行就换一家银行把。

发帖数: 188 | 46 我们当时来的时候，花了很多功夫。先在greatschool上选好学校，再在school
boundary map 里找apartment,
或者找好apartment,看到附属学校信息，再在boundary map里确认一下，最后还可以打
电话到学校去确认。 还要问是否有oppening，不过多数都有。
但是我们当时的情况是这样，有一个贵一点的，在好学区，但当时学校没有openning。
还有一个学校有oppening,但是那个appartment当时没有空，我们要再等一个月，没法
等呀。所以最后选了现在的房子，我们很庆幸，herod在greatschool上评分不高，但确
实很好，主要它有gifted program.
不过象你们出的价位，找一个好学区房应该不成问题。因为我们当时也遇到appartment
和学校都有oppening，但是我们嫌价位太高。
其实如果你们工作稳定，可以尽快买房，租房一般都是最少半年。欢迎租我的房。 |

vienna的房子 colvin run/longfellow/mclean
mclean的房子 spring hill/copper/langley
langley学区，一般比mclean学区，贵20-30万。

vienna那个房子，貌似离教堂，坟地挺近。而且是septic/well.
mclean那个房子，在一个成熟小区里，public sewage/public water. |
