来纽约定居之前也和黑人同学过，合住过，即使生活中偶有摩擦，也是很轻微的，过后
即忘，依然友好那种
直到来到纽约……
其实纽约的黑人中也有非常多很和蔼的黑大叔黑大妈。邻居中的黑小孩还有在下雪后奶
声奶气地问：要我帮忙铲雪吗？
但是，生活在纽约几大borough 黑人区的，不乏身背各种案底的青壮年和缺少管教的少
年，他们的残暴罪行受害者中有一长串名字是华人外卖郎。我初到纽约时就被一桩又一
桩针对华人外卖郎的凶杀震到，人，怎么可以为了几十块美金，就如此凶残地杀死自己
的同类。
这些外卖郎在我们眼中衣着落时，英语不好（甚至普通话都说不好），骑着自行车走街

跟车，前面的车突然减速，我跟着减速，当时太晚前后路上就我们两辆车，前车跑了，
我中招。
其实无所谓无辜，限速在那里，确实也超速了，被抓住了无话可说。
最近做了一下研究
是否plea guilty去上庭和在495被抓的位置关系很大。
我是在ext57 E/B被抓，在Hauppauge的TVB出庭，属于suffolk county，那个法庭不能
上庭给make deal比如改成只罚款不扣点转个parking ticket：要么打赢，完全脱罪逃
生，输了就按照ticket交罚款还有加上court fee。而且最狠的是，警察要3次不到庭才
能dismiss case，自己只要一次不到就挂了。律师开价比ticket加上去上课减点加起来
还贵一倍。所以最后决定认罚，超20mph扣4点，上课正好可以洗白。
Nassau county的没仔细研究。
要是在NYC市区内5 Borough以内的出庭而且驾驶记录清白那就可以上庭试着去make
deal。 |

Borough police said Bonnie Miller was driving a 2003 Ford Escape that
apparently collided head-on with a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse in the 1300 block
of Auction Road in Rapho Township at 11:35 a.m. Wednesday.
Miller was pronounced dead at the scene.
Lacey Glasz, the driver of the Mitsubishi, was transported to Lancaster
General Hospital and was listed in critical condition, police said.
There were no passengers in either vehicle. |
