近招挺多人的感觉，工资他们估计能给10，11万的样子。（LZ 知道这个包裹和FLAG 不
能比，但是在大家去 FLAG之前也是得工作累计经验的呢，好机会表错过呢）工作中除

态，5人团队，要什么房租设备。公司注册律师费用一两千刀，注册地址都直接写CEO家
。服务器Amazon一年要用一万刀吗（毕竟你产品还没正式上线。。产品上线就至少融
pre A去了），marketing更是没有，bootstrap第一批客户大多靠个人关系和CEO自己跑
，基本是义务帮你测产品用的。。

本人美国一般大学化学博士，做过几年薄厚。目前在工业界工作已经两年。打算转行CS
。去年下半年到现在网上上过python，java，matlab 的课。最近考了oracle java
programmer I的 certificate。然后申请了Georgian tech的2017年fall的OMS CS，去
年被拒了，今年估计programming背景强点终于录取了。之前看了点刷题，有CC，还有
leetcode，做的不多。因为想尽快找到工作转行先，需要做project。
现在freecodecamp上学web full stack的开发，主要是javascript,能学到点相关的像
ajax,jquery, bootstrap, 反正就是作网页需要的。
试着透过一些简历，主要java programmer，但是毫无消息。
我想请教一下，如何能尽快找到CS相关的工作呢，因为年龄不小了，现在的工作和以后

格的，我完全同意。唯独这个代码能力，我身边还没见过代码水平低于印度人平均值的
国人。
permutation有个屁用啊。 我干码农干了6年，我们做的软件，常年actively修改的源
文件就有4000多个，从这些文件里autogen的代码，bootstrap整出来的bc，还要多好
几倍。不吹牛的说，比绝大部分码农做的东西结构复杂多了吧。
我今年才第一次在项目里写了个递归。还被reviewer批评“不用搞这么复杂”

1。 要学一些新的技术。 Java已是老掉牙的东西，知道这的人多了去了，你一个新手
如何与人竞争？新技术相对来说竞争者少些，市场上比较紧缺，热门，这样你找工作的
机会就会大些。
2。 不用拿一个什么计算机学位，太花时间了， 找工作靠的是真本事，有一个学位只
代表你受过系统教育，不代表你真正的动手能力。
3。 一个新手找工作的最大困难在于没有实际经验，所以你学的东西一定要帮你马上能
上手。
楼主不妨学习这样一些技术：
1. AngularJS, Bootstrap, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
2. NodeJS
3. NoSQL database (such as Couchbase, MongoDB, etc.)
4. SQL query
5. Git (GitHub)

最最关键的是不要拿投资VC当回事儿。如果人家不给你投资了，你就不做了，那就不叫
创业。
找投资人太麻烦，费时费力，这个你说的对，把你的精力用在做产品上，是的。
其实，赚钱有的是机会，不需要投资的bootstrapped的business比比皆是。但现在美国
的风气，国内的风气，动不动就去找投资，这个很误导. |

companies die because losing passion.
所以，钱多有钱多的问题。不说你最后作为founder融资后股份被稀释，有可能会失去
控股权；而且如果投资方太急功近利的话，可能会快马加鞭的催着你花钱，在公司稳固
之前，业务太过扩张，最后死在路上。这方面的先例太多了。
不需要融资的领域有可能做不大，这个是事实. 但作为founder, 是否enjoy，这个我觉
得更重要。我觉得如果你enjoy你的business, 每天都有增长，自己也有提高，那就很
知足。
俗话说，谋事在人，成事在天。我觉得做的大做不大，和是否有融资，没有必然的联系
。还看你如何执行你的business计划，以及市场的需求。
回到具体的例子上，半导体领域不说了，但就门户网站来说，那个现在当然很少有这样
的机会了。但plenty of fish的成功，hao123的成功，都是个人做站的例子。也没有啥
投资。

bootstrap的business, 也是非常多的。很多人的误区，包括我的一些朋友，都是卡在
找投资上了。
这些人的想法是，我画个大饼，然后做个prototype来支持这个大饼，接下来，只要找
到VC就成了。
我说，别浪费时间了。如果把你business的成败全部的挂在是否有投资上，那基本上你
