MilesToGo啃大肉的carb loading方式遭到一致攻击。
版大带来的神仙姐姐给大家传绶经验。大家在90度昂首景仰后，琢磨着拜请其执掌湾区
跑版教练一职。
winndixie 大哥劝告众小辈：一定要去gym，美女真多。
gmailuser1的非常规训练另人开眼，在美丽女友前立誓跑好cim。（八卦记者eve发现
gmailuser1的gf极有潜力被发展为跑友）。
blogrance为协助特派记者eve的八卦工作，多次许诺贿赂小朋友玩具以安抚小朋友情绪。
席间大家还饶有兴趣的对小龙的生命在于静止的女友适度的进行了八卦，对版大、
netghoster BQ在即表示了祝福，所有人都对自己即将到来的PR/BQ充满期待和信心！

everybody so that she would know who’s who at the next day’s race finish
line. She had to miss the dinner party since she’s not feeling well. It
turned out she did a wonderful and professional job photographing everyone’
s triumphant moment. (Especially for 小龙, eve was an exception because she
was not expected to cross the finish line)
Blogrance and I rushed back to hotel after unloading a van-load of people
back to Davis.

发帖数: 349 | 8 读了blogrance的报告，一年跑下来，完成一个成绩不错的全马，很不容易，心态和训
练都很好，经验很有用。看到里面提到自己的名字很惭愧，学习了那么多理论，用到自
己身上，连listen to your body这样基本的原则都做不到。稍微写两句，总结一下自
己的经验教训。
本来年初开始认真跑步的时候，是不准备跑全马的，因为看了资料，也看了很多人的经
验，大致是普通人第一年跑步不适合跑全马，跑全马训练最好在累计里程到1000迈以上
再开始。但是年初开始训练半马，后来又跑短距离，成绩一般，但感觉还不错，有过些
伤，但基本最长十天就完全恢复了，所以在八月三十号那个周末，尝试着跑了第一个20
迈，因为是group run，当中和大家一起喝水休息了四次，感觉还不错，如果把休息时
间去掉，平均pace也有9'35"，觉得自己可以上全马了，而且把目标设定在四小时之内
，为了这个目标，家门口的比赛不跑，专门去找个flat course的比赛。然后就开始了
十四周的训练，时间很快，十四周一下就结束了，下面是每周里程，括号里是long run
距离。

发帖数: 1230 | 10 今天上午把大陆客送上去Vegas/Grand canyon的tour bus,赶不上blogrance的group run,就直奔Alvisio salt pond loop trail.本周才跑了18迈(Mon 6 + Tue 12),就靠今天堆base mileage了.
天气阴凉多云转风和日丽.地面也是湿滑转干松.短衫短裤,Nathan Waist Pack with 4x10 Ounce Gatorade. Medium size的,松得要掉,SO腰围缩小:) 抹了点刚买的body glide,黏糊糊象蜡油.
第一圈(9迈)正常. 97分钟.
第16迈,nipple疼.看来body glide抹少了.17迈,tech shirt又开始渗血. 也没法提着shirt跑剩下的7迈呀.干脆脱下缠到腰带上.好在trail上人不多.就这样跑到完.
Ho ho,从上学后就没有在公共场合光过上身,头一遭.
第二圈(9迈),98分钟.
19迈,下半身(脚,腿,腰)发酸发疼.脚底仿佛长满鸡眼,不敢落地.后面每一迈的路都越来越长,每秒钟都在斗争是否停下或走路.对比斯教练最近的英勇,一直没好意思放弃, |

so scared at the beginning. We tried to run away and the dogs kept following
us. After a while, we found two dogs were kind of fat and could not run
too fast (at least cannot catch up with us). We slowed down and let one dog
approach. It was just so hugry, desperate for food. Unfornately we did not
have anything with us, even water. When the dog figured out we were not its

were running on Steven Creek trail for most of the time, but should have
made a left turn to bayland trail after ~4.4 miles.
We met jimh after 10 minutes on the trail and then met eve and 2 others at 8
quite hot for the last 3 miles and we may want to start half a hour early
next time. |

发帖数: 298 | 44 多谢，tempo 确实有用，5月份听vasono说要训练一下速度，我就tempo了6次5 mile和6
mile. 结果跑了SFM前斑马，成绩提高了7分多。
原来降低心跳是靠多跑和慢跑，怪不得blogrance的心跳就维持的很好，我还是不如他
坚持。
我想我是牺牲了一些步频。 |
