以前烤biscuit都是买的小面人家的dough，很好吃，但是我看了一眼食品标签就再也没
有买，太多添加剂还有反式脂肪酸。
这次是自己从scratch做的
2 cup面粉，1小勺盐，1小勺糖，1大勺baking powder，1条butter， 3/4cup牛奶。
配方来自food network。
先把干料混合和butter和成颗粒再加牛奶揉光后擀开用cutter切出来放烤箱里500度烤
了15分钟。
方子上说12分钟，但是我这个切的厚了点，就多烤了一会。
中间烤裂了，这就是我要的效果。
味道没有买来的好吃，奶香没有买的那么足，可见人家放了不少人工香料。我用的是全
职牛奶都还这样，那就应该就这个味道了。
bacon在grill上煎了煎。煎出来一盘油。
biscuit应该配sausage和scrambled egg吃的，不过没有sausage，所以我就用了bacon
，这样的早餐也就是美国人才会吃吧。 |

和garlic的，所以会有以上步骤，俺主要目的是想做出和他家接近的东东~~ O(∩_∩)

加黄油是因为，bisquick里面加的是shortening，它的起酥效果不如黄油，其实再加一
些就是为了真正更加的酥脆，不过确实太肥了点，偶尔尝尝可以~~ |

今天我对自己比较满意，我好好的干活，没有讲话，头脑里也没有想太多。这个让我明
白了一个真理：晚上睡眠一定要保证，否则真的不是myself...
今天感觉经理对我特别的友好。。虽然我不同意他的leadership, manager skill,我也
没有说话。。
那个shahinala,太恶心了。。她比我早来3个月，现在biscuit做得还一塌糊涂，我的
biscuit已经是模板了。经理让所有的人跟我看齐了。。而且，正如Shinica说的，这个
穆斯林女孩子非常的懒惰。。。今天根本就没有meet the expectation, 5:30都开店了
，她的biscuit还没有做。。经理让我来做，我快速做了一个pan, 就给她做。 我 知道

城，可谓是完全的“临时出行”：没时间做“玩”的功课，买好票就出发了；预定时间
短恰又赶上大周末，什么都贵，只能从盐湖城开车，节省点银子。
以下是我们简单的行程：
周六：上午逛盐湖城西南的一个大铜矿copper mine，下午开车去jackson hole附近住
宿。
周天：从moose口进，逛一天的grand teton，北门出进入yellowstone，住在里面的
lake lodge。
周一：逛下黄石公园8字，回到lake lodge住宿。
周二：逛上8字，晚上到west yellowstone住宿。
周三：早上开车返回盐湖城，下午逛盐湖，去了一个叫antelope island的state park
，晚饭后去逛市中心和mormon教堂，晚飞机回。
感想：
1. 我觉得Grand teton比较普通，刚开始的时候还算新奇，毕竟那么高的山，但它风景

到两个小时的时间吹吹我的口琴。练琴、泡澡、喝啤酒是最能让我快乐的三件事情。另
外一个让我坚持练琴的原因其实是在我新泽西家的附近有一位蓝调口琴界的大师级人物
Dennis Gruenling，amplified后的音色超级牛叉。当我每次遇到瓶颈的时候都会去找
他上几节课寻找目标和动力。有这样的大牛在身边，近水楼台绝对不允许浪费资源。嘿
嘿。
今天Dennis和他的搭档Doug Deming带着乐队The Jewel Tones来新泽西参加一年一度的
Arts & Music Festival。就在我的家门口表演当然不能不去啦。我拍了几张照片和一
段视频跟大家一起分享。另外再顺便炫耀一下我最近从Dennis那儿弄来的一只1940年
Astatic出产的 Biscuit型号麦克风，里面是原配的石英晶体。再陪衬一套也是刚入手
的Elmore James的专辑。
还有，我今天为了还买了一堆唱片。其实里面一些我早就有了，它们分别是History of

中国农业部已经批准种植的转基因农作物有：甜椒、西红柿、土豆等；主粮作物有玉米
、水稻。进口的转基因食品有大豆油、菜子油、大豆等。目前只有花生油不是转基因的
。麦当劳、肯德基的食品基本全部是转基因的。
土豆和西红柿是最普通常见的转基因蔬菜，还有甜椒也就是青椒，返季蔬菜特别是西红
柿，基本确定是转基因。
中国土豆和转基因土豆最大的区别就在于表面和削皮以后的化学反应。普通土豆的样子
比较难看，一般颜色比较深，表面坑坑洼洼的，同时表皮颜色不规则，而转基因土豆则
表面光滑，坑坑洼洼很浅，颜色比较淡。如果你通过外表无法辨别的话，可以尝试剥去
一些土豆皮，观察土豆表面颜色的变化。普通土豆在削皮之后，其表面很快会颜色变深
，那是因为土豆含有大量淀粉，淀粉与空气产生化学反应所致，属于正常现象，而转基
因土豆在削皮后，颜色比较鲜艳，很长时间都不会有明显颜色变化。通过观察外表和削

做法简单但味道超赞，哈哈又能满足牙口不好不爱吃饼干的人
方子改自kingarthur网站的recipe
糖和黄油的量都减少了，味道我觉得已经很足了！！
蔓越莓奶油奶酪司康
1.预热烤箱350F
2.混合1 1/2 cup中粉 +2tb糖 +1 1/4ts泡打粉 +1/4ts盐 +1/2cup蔓越莓干
3.另取一碗混合1个鸡蛋 +1ts香草精 +1/4cup牛奶（留1勺出来最后刷表面）
4.从冰箱取出cream cheese 4盎司 +2tb黄油，切碎加入步骤2的干粉混合物中
5.将3的液体混合物和4的干粉混合物合并揉成团，根据干湿程度适量加牛奶
* *揉成团即可，切忌不要太用力揉以免出筋
6.将面团擀成较厚的圆形，切成等份的三角，表面刷3的蛋混合液，入烤箱烤20分钟左右

小，拼着费劲，biscuit的大，省事，结果哈 pie 皮是咸的。然后我用了4个大萍果，
陷的厚度大概是楼主的3倍，两勺raw sugar, 3/4 根butter,两勺面粉做陷，出来效果
还不错，吃起来象apple cobbler。象我这种不喜欢吃pie但喜欢cobbler的，这个比较
