二、亿万富翁捐款给比尔盖茨慈善基金搞医学研究，而不是大政府。这实际上说明了他
在大政府和私人企业间，选择了私人企业，而对大政府的效率不信任。
三、亿万富翁捐款给慈善，并不对国家天文数字的国债有什么帮助。搞医学研究成功了

low tax. Of course I can't give you any example, I knew no billionaires at
all. But at least all the billionaires who published their tax rate, such as
Romney, Buffet, paid lower tax rate than W2 people. So it is the tax law,
