现在老板们说，要修厂房啥的，得追加 1B 的“免分钱”，剩下再分。工人不干。
两边吵啊吵，吵到今天，老板让步到 325 Millions，工人坚持只能 137.5 Millions。
差价：187.5 M，相当于 9B 的 2%
跟买房卖房一样，最后就那么1% 2%的差别，成不了。
当然其他分歧还有不少，比如工人要求从今往后看老板的全部帐本，虽然老板们

下的billionaire。八卦一下
一个是在医院的候诊室一面之缘。护士跟我悄悄说，这个老爷爷是本州最大地产商（可
能很多人听过这个名字Howard Hannna) Billionaire。
长得很普通，说话很随和，等医生时候跟我们聊天，说他的雪弗莱坏了.我印象特别深
，第一因为，我跟他开玩笑说，你名字的last name，跟女生名字一样，我开始看见
Howard Hanna这个地产公司名字广告牌，还以为是夫妻俩口子。他哈哈大笑，胡子像圣
诞老公公吹起来。还一个原因是，我没想到Howard Hanna居然只开雪弗莱，很低调很可
爱。
还有一个是在校长的私人party上（我曾经帮校长干点文书的活儿，她很好，期末了请
我去party），看见一个大ｂａｎｋｅｒ，是校长大学同学，ｂｉｌｌｉｏｎａｉｒｅ
，也是６０岁老爷爷。。。。

历史太短，一闪就过去了。现在回想起来，真是一场梦啊。
事情还要从07年说起，那时候你也知道，美国的房市到了顶，我玩了这么多年的房子，
看得清楚着呢，所以就把大部分钱都从房子里转出来了。这么多钱干啥哩？我先去了一
家大银行的投资理财部门，把自己的情况和他们说了。（顺便提一下，那时还是07年，
这家银行还牛得很；后来08年来了，这家银行出了问题，最后不得不把投资理财部门卖
掉了。）很快便有一个agent出来，说是专门为elite会员服务的，云山雾罩地和我侃了
一大通，最后我听明白了，大意就是让我把资产放在他们那里，他们会给我设计一个长
期规划，应该能有7-10%的年收益率，当然，不能guarantee。如果我嫌收益率低，也可
以为我设计更高回报的计划，不过风险也更高。根据我的资产规模，他觉得我应该选择
第一个规划。
我一听7-10%的回报率，太低了，哪能同意；加上哥哥我一直也有个炒股的梦想，所以
就决定去投资股市了。可是玩房子我溜，炒股我真是门外汉了，怎么办哩？哥哥我想到
