warm-up, increased level, and peddled at > 140rpm.
HR went up to 160bpm (max). Later, decreased
level and peddled @110-120rpm, HR stayed at about
140-145bmp for about 30min. This is about the HR
for my elliptical machine workout. As a result,
shirt and shorts were totally wet -- first time
ever.
Earlier, my stationary biking HR had never gone
beyond 130bpm, and I had thought that biking
would not make me sweat as much as running/elliptical. |

板一打听，原来可以在他的店里租车，一路骑到Aspen，把车drop在那里的分店，然后
坐free shuttle bus返回snowmass。从snowmass到aspen大概10几迈的样子，只有中间
一迈上坡，剩下的或是路下坡或是平路。听起来很适合我们这样的休闲派，何况我们本
也打算去aspen逛一逛。
心动不如行动。第二天一早我们就直奔店里租车。要说这snowmass/aspen的biking
trail维护的还真不赖，比如我们骑的这一线就都是由沥青铺成，所以骑起来很轻松；
各个trail的交叉点都会有牌子指示，所以不用担心迷路。

青山环绕，绿草丰足，住在这里的马儿应该很快乐吧

就这样我们一路骑骑停停，拍拍野花，拍拍马场，充分享受这宜人的田园风光，好不悠
闲。2个多小时终于溜到了aspen，呵呵。发现骑车游aspen是个不错的注意，可以免去

阳光如此灿烂，不利用一把对不起自己。 和LD跨上Tandem出发了。
波特兰是自行车骑行者的天堂，有着据说除丹佛以外全美最全最好各式各样的bike
trails。 这个西北城市虽然爱下雨，但夏秋两季却是极好的玩乐休闲之地。人们可以
去海边surfing，湖里河里swimming，boating, sailling，沙漠，森林hiking，也可漫
步于或骑行于市内河边小道，山里林中trail。。。
我们通常喜欢在短假中作长时间的骑行，于锻炼中扫描这个美丽城市的变化和景致。这
次没有走以往的Spring water和Mountain bike trails，而选择了于华盛顿/俄勒冈两
州界的哥伦比亚河波特兰沿岸骑行。
湛蓝的天空如过滤般干净得一丝云彩都木有，城标Mt.Hood脱去了冬天的雪帽，静静地

现在想买个road bike,
平时上下班10mile左右单程，有坡，
周末偶尔骑出去玩玩
一年参加1-2次tri
目标价位1200-1500左右的轻一些的
今天走了几家LBS
推荐的这么几款,感觉都还不错 （价格都是税前的）

tri bike一般不适合group ride，因为在paceline 里，riders 之间的距离很近，而且
手肘都在aerobars上，如果遇到紧急情况，可能反应不过来。 |

我娃2岁时买了trike，也是遍寻不着合适的bike，当时还发帖问来着。
后来去walmart,正好碰上这款打折，就买回家。
