硅谷企业搞工作AA，谁先受害？中下层华人先受害
回顾历史
在企业整体范围搞工作AA，先受害的是华人下层，其实华人下层数量还是很大的，拜大
学AA的托，很多华人在社区大学读书，能进硅谷企业的下层职位，哪怕是厨师，做卫生
，也是非常好的，大家如果认识唐人街的老中，就会发现他们子女就业问题其实一点不
比美国普通人容易，一样大量华人年轻人失业。
工作AA先受害的是华人下层，因为AA关系，公司的下层职位优先考虑 under
represented minority，这也是为啥华人占硅谷20%，下层职位华人没有到20%的重要原
因。
搞了下层工作AA后，民主党并不买账，他们认为企业的那些支付薪水高的职位， under
represented minority 比例太低，继续施压。

女生统计上比较爱干净，实际上口交和法式接吻都只是偶尔为之。这个在进化优势上也
说的过去，女生要怀孕生娃，很多病毒能母婴垂直传染。女生降低被病毒感染的概率是
进化优势。
而男生统计上是 expendable，啥口交和法式接吻都不是个事儿。也不影响进化优势。
而这种不对称，导致 HPV type 16 和 18 对男生和女生的人群致癌率都差不多，但女
生群体是子宫颈癌，但男生群体是喉癌。
而老军医 survey 的问题，是爱干净的女生也比较害羞，根本不回答老军医的 survey

至于同性和乱伦的关系，人家说的根本不是法律能不能修改成允许前者禁止后者。人家
说的是，反对限制同性婚姻的微薄理由同样适用于反对限制包括乱伦在内的许多异类“
婚姻”，这是法律范畴的问题，是个很严肃的问题，直接关系到这个问题应该用粗暴的
法律手段来解决，还是让社会自己去解决。
至今为止，未见哪怕一个自私的gay和其好心但********的支持者们说出为什么同性婚

的东西。每当大师发现有的话不便明说出来，若说出来会让自己不自在，会被人抓住把
柄，但又得让弟子们明白那个意思时，就会羞羞答答地说些似是而非模棱两可让弟子们
去悟了，而这种所谓的“悟”呢，往往极其简单，任谁都能“悟”出答案，而且绝对不
会“悟偏”的。
举个例子，大师早在一九九六年九月二十八日的“经文”《再造人类》中就说：“主佛
的慈悲是洪大的，已经把佛法留给了人。”很显然，在大师口里一直是称自己把佛法传
出来的，那么大师指的就是自己是“主佛”了，这是谁都能心知肚明领会大师本意的。
其后，大师也经常“主佛”长“主佛”短地讲法，让那些大法里的马屁精如章翠英等忙
不迭地按大师形象画了一幅“主佛”画，地址在http://www.epochtimes.com/b5/3/3/13 /c11342.htm。此画至今挂在大法网站上，大师也笑咪咪地默认了。
那些弟子们以为别人是“悟”不出大师这种意思的，是因为自己“修炼人”这一特殊的
身份才有那么好的悟性，才能好不容易地悟出来，便兴高采烈、疯疯颠颠、如痴如醉地

发帖数: 167 | 37 谈到“悟”，大法弟子们就以为是多么高难度的东西，殊不知道这是最低级无聊逗傻子
的东西。每当大师发现有的话不便明说出来，若说出来会让自己不自在，会被人抓住把
柄，但又得让弟子们明白那个意思时，就会羞羞答答地说些似是而非模棱两可让弟子们
去悟了，而这种所谓的“悟”呢，往往极其简单，任谁都能“悟”出答案，而且绝对不
会“悟偏”的。
举个例子，大师早在一九九六年九月二十八日的“经文”《再造人类》中就说：“主佛
的慈悲是洪大的，已经把佛法留给了人。”很显然，在大师口里一直是称自己把佛法传
出来的，那么大师指的就是自己是“主佛”了，这是谁都能心知肚明领会大师本意的。
其后，大师也经常“主佛”长“主佛”短地讲法，让那些大法里的马屁精如章翠英等忙
不迭地按大师形象画了一幅“主佛”画，地址在http://www.epochtimes.com/b5/3/3/13 /c11342.htm。此画至今挂在大法网站上，大师也笑咪咪地默认了。
那些弟子们以为别人是“悟”不出大师这种意思的，是因为自己“修炼人”这一特殊的
身份才有那么好的悟性，才能好不容易地悟出来，便兴高采烈、疯疯颠颠、如痴如醉地

preference at all. You can be called GOP moderate, but moderate is rare
species for them.
As rational intellectuals we dont need to just stick to rigid party line. I

发帖数: 2284 | 48 各个网页上谁去都可以点的poll基本上可以当笑话看.这种poll根本不是random sample
, 也就是所谓的随机采样. 这些poll都有 self-selection bias.
实际上控制bias的poll很少会sample超过1000人的. 因为error margin在1000人时就到
3%. 如果想再减小error margin就要显著增加sample size但成本太高. 一般几千几万
人的poll基本上都是self selected. |
