yet.
only minor improvement.
1. in the morning I can see better contour around my belly area.
2. I feel more energized during the day, especially in the afternoon.

but my main target:
chest, bicep, and belly no visible improvement.

Now to answer your question, as someone already mentioned, it is much harder
to lose the last bit of body fat, say for a girl from 18-20% like you to
get to say 15-16%, when you can clearly see some abs.
Your goal is to preserve as much muscle as possible, since your already thin
, and to lost the stubborn belly fat. General suggestion of eating less and
exercising more can work, although at very slow pace.

国内二线城市老牌健身馆,各种操很多。我准备一个个试过来,看看有米有喜欢的,不
想跑步的时候作代替。
不过说实话,最重要的还是教练和同伴怎么样,教练跳的好看人奈斯,同伴美女多盘儿
亮条儿顺跳得美,是最能激励人的。
第一个叫fashion dance,不知道哪里发明的,因为是周末,大妈很多,扭屁屁的动作
几乎从头做到尾。运动量一般大,心率120+的样子,还算好学,基本能顺下来,但是动
作做不到位。
第二个belly dance,有很多漂亮MM跳得像模像样的,教练跳的还可以,身材也可以,
长得让人有些倒胃口(对不起,我又mean了)。我不是第一次学belly dance,,但是很
有些动作跟不上。优点是看着镜子里有模有样的扭腰抖臀还是有点自恋,缺点是运动量
太小了。
第三个zumba,比较好跟,除了一组跟屁屁有关的动作完全不知所云,其他都能做到位
。运动量对于现阶段的我来说够了,能保持120+,有时候boost到150,出了一身汗。就
是很难跳出味儿来。所有MM跳的都木有味儿。教练也够呛,但教练挺好玩的。
明天好像是body jam
不过不同教练,即使教同一种舞,有时候教的也不一样。。。于是... 阅读全帖

最近看了两期Dr. Oz,竟然都提到了pearl barley。
一个是用pearl barley煮水加点儿柠檬和蜂蜜,代替咖啡,抗疲劳。剩下的pearl
barley 别扔,当主食吃掉。另外一期里提到这东西比brown rice还适合减肥(好像是
,记不太清楚了,我都是一边儿忙别的一边儿看,都看的断断续续的,但是印象中是
pearl barley,然后是brown rice,最后是white rice。)
这一期是pearl barley代替那些精细碳水,有助于减belly fat。belly fat还和stree
有关系。
精细碳水容易让人更紧张更容易饥饿,用anti-inflammatory foods,如barley,
buckwheat and amaranth代替白米白面。

想這樣吧 ... 先站直著看看是不是 belly button 剛好在腳趾頭正上方 若不是則稍稍
身體前傾一點點那就是了
然後接著彎一點點膝蓋 慢慢彎下膝蓋到不同的角度 並且一路保持belly button 剛好
在腳趾頭正上方
上上下下多動幾次 便可理解到這個自然前傾的味道

这个我理解,站直可以,稍微弯一点也可以,但是补偿是小腿也往前弯一点
这样说吧,小腿前弯,大腿后弯,肚子前挺,这样配合可以保证belly button在toe前
面或者平齐
问题是小腿前弯是鞋子限制的,到一定程度就不能前弯了,过了这个限度后大腿继续后
弯,肚子怎么挺也不可能把belly button送到前面了

国内朋友托买Belli的Eye Brightening Cream和Surgical Scar Reducer-2.oz。由于很
多地方没货,等着用,加上运费的问题,最后买了http://www.greenworldforbabies.com家的。买之前的确注意到是个不知名的地方,但是想到美国大不了可以退,就下单了。
谁知道买来,Eye Brightening Cream过期是09/2011。另外一个只有个生产标号1532,
网上也没找到怎么查。如果有人能告知怎么查Belli的生产日期,不胜感激。
东西这样是不能给朋友了。联系了卖家。开始说明尼苏达的法律规定,skin care是
final sale(网上有一行小字,当时的确没看到,不然也不会买了),不能退,可以提
供$25的store credit。

次,第一次是阿里撒画画写字在他情人身上,结果要了她的命:
