的轻乳酪蛋糕，下定决心试一试 – 其实主要原因是为做蛋糕买的heavy cream 就要
过期了，可一次还没用过。 以前我总是和LD一起做吃的，一般是我读菜谱和打下手，
LD主攻。这次为了让我充分休息，LD决定一切自己做。
方子是照Lancy MM推荐的，结合君之和爱厨。做完之后LD说等吃的时候他恐怕也“眼泪
都要掉下来”，不过不是开心的，是难过的。哪知蛋糕烤出来出乎意料地好，味道比买
的好了很多倍。虽然看起来没有Lancy MM 的好，但考虑到是LD第一次做轻乳酪蛋糕，
还是非常不错的说。LD总结说是“beginner’s luck”。
不多说了，上图！都说人靠衣裳马靠鞍，我把家里平时不用的盘盘碗碗都拿出来了 :-)。 |

一.beginner' luck (新手运气）
第一次接触到交易这件事情是2012年7月，单位有一个同事，比我早3年工作，
他平时生活潇洒，为人阔绰，有房有车，我一度以为他是个富二代什么的。。。。后来
有一次喝酒的时候他告诉我说他的钱都是炒白银赚的，自己工资和家里给的钱，总共18
万两年翻到差不多200万，做贵金属的朋友，应该知道08年到11年黄金白银是个什么样
的行情 =.=!（其实后来我得知，他当时已经是强弩之末，死撑着，11年大跌继续做多
，赔的差不多了） 当时他很豪气的拍着我的肩膀说，小兄弟随便拿点钱来跟我做，随
随便便做做就比你上班强百倍，当时的我，刚刚毕业，一个月开1600块的实习工资，全
身上下最贵的行头也就160块的打折阿迪鞋，200万，是个什么概念啊。。我几乎没有犹
豫就端起酒一口闷，哥长哥短起来，唉。。。

还有那个Bluster Area的lift ticket只要26刀啊，只有其他区的一半价钱。为什么
这个区会比较便宜些？
想带小孩去滑雪玩，但全家都没有滑过雪（不过有溜旱冰的经验~~）。 |

其他的雪场今年好像都没看到这种Beginner Lesson + Season Pass的deal。单独的课
还都巨贵，3节课怎么都得$200以上甚至$300左右了。搞得我们这帮newbie今年只能自
力更生痛苦挣扎，舍不得出血呀。
不过Breckenridge Peak 9的绿道的确是我见过的最好最适合初学者的。又宽又平雪也
好，对老人可能更合适一点。Loveland我没滑过，不知道绿道怎么样。 |
