来说说，正因为只有一面之交，所以我的也只是一家之辞，我想，更有资格的是他的学
校同学和朋友们。那么我就凭我仅有的一点点印象来说说我的判断
1：法庭这个人一定不是胡兵。
2：法庭上这个人不一定是胡斌。
3：如果一定是胡斌，那说明我的赛车生涯不是很乐观，连人都认不出了，哪还能认路
啊。
4：法庭应该当庭宣判死刑立即执行，看看被告喊的第一句话，就知道是真的还是假的

中国企业被判刑5年。
美国路易斯安那州巴顿鲁治(Baton Rouge)地方法院1月12号对刘文树下达了上述裁决。
刘文树的另一个名字是大卫.刘，去年2月7日，陪审团认定他窃取并出售陶氏化学制造
氯化聚乙烯机密罪行成立。刘文树2005年被起诉。
他还因说谎掩饰涉及一项共谋，而被陪审团认定伪证罪成立，至少有另外4名同事涉及
这项共谋。
除判刑外，法院并裁定没收刘文树60万美元及处以2万5千美元罚款。
陶氏化学称刘文树这种窃取并贩售商业机密的行径“完全辜负公司对他的信任”。
