路透社上星期五曾报道说，预计最初的延长期为两周，更长的延长期正在研究之中，但
由于一些监管障碍而尚未最终确定。消息人士对路透社说，特朗普政府的计划在周末有
所变化，现在决定将临时延长期限延长至90天，与8月份时的决定相同。
在5月以国家安全顾虑为由将华为列入经济黑名单后，美国商务部已允许该公司采购部
分美国生产的产品，意在减少对华为客户的干扰。华为的客户中有许多是美国农村地区
的运营商。
