In this paper, a precision micromachining technique for photonic bandgap
fiber (PBGF) using focused ion beam (FIB) milling was reported. Types of
PBGF have the honeycomb structure with a hollow-core surrounded by
microstructured cladding, and the widths of the thin silica struts are only
10~100 nm.

I didn't read the paper very carefully but this is about measurements on
nanopariticles with diameters of 10-
12 nm, right?
when you read most textbooks, they say:
for direct bandgap: alfa ~ (hv-Eg)^0.5
for indirect bandgap: alfa ~ (hv-Eg+/-phonon)^2
those two equations are for 3D bulk materials! not for 2D Quantum Well or 1D
nanowire or QDs.
The relation between the absorption coefficient and the energy is mainly
determined by the density of states.

Because refractive index will have imaginary part when above the bandgap Eg,
ie, N(E)=n(E)+i*k(E), k>0 when E>Eg; and k_material1 can be diffrent from

adi我不知道,但是很多模拟的中小公司都是可以互相看的。你设计block 不知道你在
系统里面的环境是很难正确的做出判断的,会出大问题的。很多时候你要拿别人设计好
的bandgap reference,power supply做你自己block的 testbench,所以要是完完全全
独立是不可能的,而且模拟电路那么复杂,光看别人写的设计文档完全没用,设计文档
说得不好听都是放狗屁,至少我自己的设计文档就是放狗屁,干货自己知道就好。

一. 什么是HIFI?
HiFi就是“高保真”音响系统。英语缩写High-Fidelity。
Hi-Fi=高保真,发烧友口中的Hi-Fi系统一般指技术指标较高的音响器材。
那么,什么是“高保真”?
从字面上看就是真实还原,把各类声音通过音响系统真实还原出来,这就是所谓的“高
保真”
那么现在的HIFI系统能够达到真实还原吗?回答是否定的,尽管现在电子技术已经非常
发达,但是至今还是无法做到真正的还原,只能尽量靠近自然的声音。
所以你会问既然达不到真实还原,那么为什么还有那么多人在热衷HIFI?应该这样说,
现在的HIFI含义是有些变化了,市场上流行的HIFI音响是提供给你喜欢听的声音,既然
达不到真实还原,那么就做一些大家喜欢听的声音。
二. HIFI系统与普通音箱的区别
从原理上来说没有区别,大家都通过电子元件发出声音,但是从性能方面来说区别很大
,简单点形容就是普通电视图象与高清电视图象的区别,普通音箱相当于普通电视图象
,可以接受,但是不能说满意,HIFI系统相当于高清电视图象,色彩鲜艳,层次好,让

9点开始,到4:15结束,中间午饭1小时,1对1面了8个,全部技术问题,没有HR,和以
前项目有关的就不说了,基础的总结起来有:
1) MOS 管的小信号模型,有两个变化,一个人问了Source Degeneration的增益,还
有一个问Cascade电流源的输出阻抗。
2)MOS 管的工作区域,具体问题是问电压摆幅
3)Bandgap问题, 一个是直接叫画电路图,另一个是画好了大概的电路图,叫你给运
放标正负,给MOS管标P,N,并且问PMOS好还是NMOS好
4)传输线问题,输入阻抗50Ohm, 负载是电容,输入Step电压,画出传输线两端的电压
图形
5)Folded Cascade运放
6)给出运放,电阻和电容,如何产生方波,三角波
7)画出Filter电路图,为什么要做双Tone仿真
8)怎么得出放大器的Offset, 用什么仿真方法
9)版图中Dummy的用处是什么?
10)还有一些他们项目中的问题,直接给个电路图,问是干什么用的

我把自己这两个多月找analog电路设计的工作的经历写下来,希望对大家有
帮助。
先说说我面试的公司,我在7月初开始修改简历,然后把简历放到网上,期间收
到了这些公司的面试,AMD, NXP, Cirrus Logic, Intel, Intrinsix, Micrel,
Zarlink,3家小公司M/R/S.其中只有一个公司把我拒了,拿到了其他全部公司
的offer。另外拿到了TI和Qualcomm的on-site的面试机会,不过没时间去了,
就婉拒了。另外Atmel完成了电话面试之后说会给我消息,不过我已经没法等
了。还有一个比较奇怪的Analog Device的面试,他们没有工作位置,但是一
个部门的经理对我做的项目感兴趣,给我电话聊了一下。
下面我讲讲面试的一些经历,但愿对你们找工作有帮助和提醒。

蝴蝶的翅膀那个是photonic bandgap,亚波长级别的结构,所以色彩很丰富并且不随观
察角度变化。
Mirasol这个本质上还是波膜干涉,理论上没法克服角度和色彩的变化。很多年前硅谷
有个公司叫做Silicon Light Machine还是啥的,利用类似的原理想做和DMD竞争的东西
,结果销声匿迹了。其实原理上和Miraso是类似的,只不过一个是很小的尺度,一个是
很大的显示屏尺度。类比起来有点类似投影仪里面的LCD vs 显示屏的LCD。既然前者有
问题,后者理论上
就有同样的问题。
另外,Mirasol这个东西QCOM也不是第一天展示了,花街懂基本物理学的人还是不少,
要是真有很大的potential QCOM早就能起来了。

举例来说,即使袁荃和另外一位新招的楚天特聘教授傅磊相比,也能看出武大化学系在其中有没有猫腻了。

比如(CH2F2)n,PVA之类已经发现可以用作organic dielectric的polymer
怎么算dielectric constant呢?
我知道怎么算polymer的HOMO-LUMO bandgap,可以大致判断一个polymer分子有没有作为
dielectric的可能性,不过更精确的dielectric constant呢? 怎么算?

bipolar的电路的确多了些。
不过基本的idea还是一致的,bipolar在工业界应该有不少应用,起码bicmos就需要都
了解,bandgap reference需要用到bipolar,high speed电路也需要用到bipolar,学
好bipolar也有助于理解cmos subthreshold conduction。学校里面时间短,学生能学
好cmos就不错了,所以就显得bipolar有点过时。我觉得两个最好都懂,精通cmos,但
是也不能丢bipolar, 其实也不是很难,稍微花点时间就能明白。
这本书被称作bible,那肯定值得看。里面分析问题非常清晰、深入,可以增加你的理
论功底。看完这本再看些有很多实际电路的,比方说jacob baker,那应该很不错。
