我儿子是6岁学钢琴， 然后5年级开始学校有orchestra， 他才开始学violin
从最低级的班， 到middle school毕业的时候， 是进了最高级的班，
但是， 没有考进all state orchestra
如果你真想以后进学校的orchestra，
我建议可以早点开始学violin
至少也从4年级开始，提早一年
这样可以skip最低级的beginnger 班
还有， 即使参加学校的orchestra
好的学生还是一直课外请private teacher的
那我儿子的话讲， 学校的老师是教orchestra，是个指挥， 不是专门指点你乐器的
band呢， 确实比较热闹一些，
很多孩子会更加喜欢一些
但是小号什么的， 也是竞争蛮激烈的
还有， 到了high school
band的practice非常多，
有时早晨6点就开始了，
还是在outdoor
不能吃苦的孩子也要考虑一下 |
