第一张是DPP里的。
“dpp里调整了下高光,暗部,亮度,颜色风格,饱和度”
但是觉得背景噪点太多（这张好象没有加饱和，就是直出，仅作为例子使用）
第二张是在PS中对鸟和背景分开降噪以后的截图效果，banding不太明显，在把视图里
的“较样设置”改成显示器之后才看的到。
第三张是实际JPG。可以看到很重的banding。
这是怎么回事呢？我朋友说在DPP里加过饱和之后也不会出现banding，只在PS里降噪后
出现。。。

发帖数: 3855 | 14 每个学区，学校都有不同专长的传统项目。我们的旧学区，非常注重音乐的培养，学区
里有Band和Orchestra，每年有两三次的汇演。学生从三年级开始，选择乐器。参加
Band的话，学校提供学生乐器，一般从暑期中，就有开始的课程。平常每周一次普通乐
理课，一次乐器课程。汇演前两个月，基本每周有课外2-3次加强练习。哥哥选的是黑
管，孩子一年多坚持下来，还是觉得有所收益。
现在到了新的学区，他们注重drama club,student government的活动。明显他们不如
旧学区注重乐队培训，所有的乐器要求自己去租用或买了（我的眼睛看着钱钱在飞来飞
去了），水平也拉拉刺刺的，基本就是玩。我们老大还是进了band，就那水平还坐了什
么第一，第二位；但老师教得不多，需要进步的话，就需要另外去学了。我们现在一个
琴行的音乐学校里，让他继续学习黑管。听闻他们中学里的Band就竞争很激烈了，现在
还不知道具体情况，以后再知分晓了。
如果孩子，已经有学钢琴，或小提琴的，可以进到Orchestra，他/她已经有相当基础了
，私人的课程，加上学校的练习，会有很不错的表现。对他们的音乐学习，也是一个很

每周小时数：
上课：5
Weekday训练: 6
Weekend训练/比赛/演出：7
还有部分的周需要在Weekday演出。
相比较，每周所有科目的课一共才上30个小时（每天才6节课），Marching Band花这么
多时间能应付的过来吗？目测有200人以上在marching band，学校的GPA及州里的
ranking排行都不错，AP课也很多。这些高中生怎有时间做作业，上AP课？我家的也报
名了。
有经验的说说。 |

而selective dual band router是一个router，选择性地工作在某个频段。
但simultaneous dual band router相比起用两个router的一个好处就是你只需要配置
一个router。。
你看看e4500/e3000同e2000的硬件差别就清楚了，前者是6根天线，每个频段用三根；
而后者只有3根天线。
三者的配置是
3x3:3+3x3:3 -->450Mbps+450Mbps
2x3:3+2x3:3 -->300Mbps+300Mbps
2x3:3 -->300Mbps |

XP上注册，运行，注销完全正常。
在Vista上遇到了两个问题。
1）注销问题 （failed to unregister)
band object需要自己写注销,用到了ATL的ResourceUnregister。这个function在Vista
上出错，unknown error 0x80040201.
我的解决方法是通过直接删除有关的registry tree来实现。
不知有什么别的解决方法？
2）显示问题
在XP上注册成功后，桌面的Toolbars里出现这个object，而且自动显示；
Vista上，桌面的Toolbars里有这个object，但却没有自动显示。需要通过
手动选取Toolbars ->“desk band object”才显示。
同样，注销后，XP上自动消失；Vista上需要reboot才会消失。
原因是SHLoadInProc这个function failed o |

因，但是TBE就是跑不动。
upper band强度增加是应该的，但是bottom band应该相应减弱才对。因为你每个孔加
的RNA量是一样的，所以上下band的强度加起来应该是恒定的。你每次跑这个胶都会这
样么？ |

我的RNA都做过PAGE purification，产物方面应该没问题。
你说free CTP我没理解。看你下一个回复，是不是不用radio用的其他方法？
嗯我也听说过这种情况但自己没见过。不知道出现这种情况的时候怎么计算percentage
of bound RNA呢？把所有band加起来作为total？另外，怎么说服别人某个band是
complex band其他都是free RNA呢？
第二次被提醒buffer的问题了。一定要试试。多谢！

10kDa to 3kDa) on the gel. I tried to wash my protein several times using
the amicon centrifugal filter at 10kDa cutoff, but I still see those
degraded protein bands on the gels. I also add proteinase inhibitor and also
do the purification on ice to prevent the degradation, but it does not help
. Does anyone know what is the best way to purify or get ride of these
degraded protein bands on the gel? thanks. |

applied between the metal and semiconductor to achieve flattening of the
bands.
It is determined by two factors: the work function difference between metal
and s/c and charges in the oxide. You may find the formula for calculation
in any fundamental mosfet books.
If you're targeting for a normally-off MOSFET(Vth>0), it's better to have a

For the small band gap polymer, there is a research topic that ppl try to find
an instrinic polymer whose band gap is only 0.1eV so that it can be conductor
without dopant.
