1. I-140 beneficiary应该要有合法身份。要不然，让一大批等排期的人蹲移民监，有
违AC21以及大统领的法律文本和讲话精神。State Department发布了第二排期，但是避
而不见。但是没有具体提到140 EAD，只是说道要承认I-140 beneficiary的"legal
standing"。
2. EAD拖拖拉拉，发得太慢，USCIS居然还不承认，然后借口“国家安全”为由，想要
在新的法规中取消90-day的deadline

async／await 是很危险滴。。。
简单举例∶发送方必须知道／指定收件人是谁。在 C# 底下，收件人可以是∶main UI
thread，framework-specific worker thread （WPF），或是 TPL parallel thread
pool。
比如你要给你的仇人送些溪钱，为了掩人耳目，你故意写错收件人地址，而在回邮地址
写上仇人的地址。结果因为地址不清，邮差把信送到你父母家里去了。

Like someone already points out, asynchronous callback is basically
a 'goto' statement. If you can avoid goto in your code you improve
its quality a lot.
c# marks code w/ 'async' and 'await' keywords to tell compiler to
generate the tedious control code behind the scene for you. No need
of explicit asynchronous callbacks.
That way when you have to execute several asynchronous methods to
finish one job. You don't have to break it down into several "goto"

"其他东西"就是发下个request，老大。当你异步等一个web request时，你给系统
一个callback method，或者靠语言支持生成一个continuation。request返回后会
按照你的cb或者conti去执行parse。你的异步程序不会抱着cpu等那个request，这
时你就可以去发下个request，异步效率就是这样上去的。
.Net支持async/await, 可以用脚趾头写NBLOCK代码，几乎和BLOCK代码一样简单，
不用CB。参见楼上SOF链接里的例子。等哪天JAVA也引进async/await你就明白了。 |

asyncio的基本思路就是把I/O都弄成异步，任何I/O不要阻塞当前loop。Python的
threading因为最后要经过GIL所以还是相当于单线程的，不如直接就asyncio
没什么难写的，写法和sync的差不多，只是记得要await I/O之类的，其实比threading
还更简单。JS也在说要加入async/await语法了
传统处理异步也可以靠架构，用外部的queue。Python这一类用Celery的很多
list

。。这么算下来，岂不是reviwer审完都要快1年了。

a mortar firing exercise in Nevada, the Pentagon said today.
The Marines were all from the 2nd Marine Division based at Camp Lejeune, N.C
., and were training at the Hawthorne Army Depot 140 miles southeast of Reno
, Nev., when a mortar exploded shortly before 10 p.m. Monday.
The injured were taken to area hospitals, according to a statement from the

薄熙来之子薄瓜瓜在网上发表声明，称其父是一名“忠实于信仰和责任的人”。
据《华尔街日报》的消息，今年5月毕业于哈佛大学肯尼迪学院的薄瓜瓜以邮件形式证实了他发表在Tumblr上的文字。薄瓜瓜发贴写道：
“就我而言，很难相信那些公布的针对我父亲的指责，因为它们同我一生所了解的父亲的每一件事形成鲜明对照。”
“即便对我父亲的政策可以展开公开的辩论，但我所了解的父亲却是一个忠诚于信仰与尽职尽责的人。”
“他总是在教导我当一个独立的人，不图私利的人。”“我也在按照他的建议去做。在这一点上，我希望，司法能够遵循其正常程序。我等待着结果。”
周五，中国官方媒体宣布了薄熙来被“双开”的决定，即开除中共党籍以及公职，并对其涉嫌犯罪问题及犯罪问题线索移送司法机关。
同一时间，中国官媒宣布，完成10年一度的中共最高权力交接的18大定于11月8日召开。薄熙来的妻子薄谷开来因故意杀害英籍商人已于今年8月被安徽一家法院判处死刑，缓期执行。薄瓜瓜是薄谷二人的唯一儿子。
