1、首先把VCD碟片上的dat用视频格式转换软件转换成mpg格式，转换过程中要根据原
VCD碟片
的显示比例和制式来设定mpg文件的显示比列与制式（PAL制式或NTSC制式、4：3或16：
9显示比例），具体设置要求：PAL的是720×576，NTSC的是720×480；显示比例按照原
来的文件设定或者
选择不改变。
2、把VCD碟片上的dat视频文件转换成DVD格式的mpg文件后，使用“megui”套件来压制
高清视
频文件，具体步骤在这里省略，如果你觉得前面的思路适合你的话才往下走，否则。。。
总之，思路就是把VCD上的视频轨转成AVC视频格式的H.264文件，然后把音频轨转成
Nero的AAC
格式。。。最后把H.264文件与AAC格式的文件合成为mp4或mkv视频文件。。。这样的流
程下来，
如果操作熟练而且机器处理数据速度足够快的话，一套两张碟的VCD碟片压成高清格式
文件，需时大
约半个小时至1个小时左右就能完工。

这个“megui”是开放式的程序组，可以链接很多的共享程序来做“压片”工作。 |

)，而vtec是最早实现商用的，最初实现的方法是camshaft上有两套凸起，用液压切换。
因为只有两套，所以切换时感觉很明显。低转一脚油踩下去，扭矩增加到一个平台感觉好像
该下滑了，又突然猛增到第二个平台，很爽：）
其他家后来都用各自不同的方法实现了同样的结果——timing、duration和lift控制，
其中大部分比vtec还先进，能够实现无级变换。本田后来的i-vtec也实现了无级变换
timing，但lift和duration还是两组。最新的a-vtec实现了三者都无级变换，但好像没
有商用，可能ivtec就够好了。

being developed jointly with ITU-T, in the so-called Joint Video Team (JVT).
The JVT unites the standard world's video coding experts in a single group.
The work currently underway is based on earlier work in ITU-T on 'H.26L'.
H.26L and MPEG-4 part 10 will be the same. (H.26L will be renamed when it is
done. The final name may be H.264, but that is not yet sure). MPEG-4 AVC/H.26L
is slated to be ready by the end of 2002.
