1.这个autism和母亲的年龄是不是也有关系？父亲的年龄和母亲的年龄是正相关（更不
用提及其保守的犹太太民族），地球人都知道的事情，这个研究只字未提母亲的年龄。
2.实验对象是在以色列出生的30万犹太人。大家都知道犹太人的脑子和别人不一样；看
看获诺奖比例就知道了。所以研究autism， 不能使用上帝的选民。
3.隔壁恰好有个治疗autism的治疗中心，来来往往的孩子也见过不少，治疗的方法包括
搭积木，玩球，拼字，etc. 大部分孩子看起来都挺正常，偶尔一两个异于常人，我想
可能是真正的autism.
4.林虎有外遇了,就是sex addiction,需要治疗； 有的孩子做题粗心，就是“阅读障碍
”，也需要治疗； 不合群的就是autism. 这些其实和这个社会的文化有关，在国内肯
定不会发生。 |

扪心自问，去年的Dev Cell的工作在分子水平上我还是非常满意，后来adrian bird,
narry kim都在nature review里面专门放在figure里面点评了。
这个转基因猴子的工作历时漫长，本来就是09-10年赶鸭子上架，那时候年青人无知无
畏，到猴子11年出来以后势成骑虎，我一个做分子的硬起头皮做起各种猴子的行为学分
析，幸好有个硕士技术员听话，一般学生无法干这种无法预测啥时候能出文章的课题，
做了两年好像有点意思，投稿又历经波折，最后呢，其实并不是了不起的科学发现，只
是第一次把human autism gene转到猴子里面，确实有很强的autism phenotypes, 以至
于到第二代居然还具有autism-like phenotypes，所以以后为做autism brain imaging
提供了一个primate的model, 可以知道究竟autism gene-brain imaging的直接联系。
如果非要说一点意义，就这些吧。

刚跟LG又因为宝宝吵架了，心里难受睡不着上来问问
男娃快17个月了，一直在家全中文环境，只会说“爸爸”“宝宝”，加上其他含糊不清

关于有争议疫苗的信息，毕竟是要为自己的孩子做决定。而且因为医药界和政府太强势

My son had Autism diagnostic at the Children's specialized hospital in NJ

during the visit the director asked about financial situation and reminded
us they offer financial aid to qualified children. I feel that the funding
for these hospitals are usually at high priority, and they do sincerely care

做为一个自闭小孩的家长我想分享一下我半年多来研究和观察成果。我见到很多询问孩
子是否有自闭倾向的帖子，但是在我看来都没有讲到关键的地方。也看过网上所谓的检
验标准，觉得非常模棱两可，我女儿已经确诊都不见得能从这种测试中确认自闭。我相
信我的方法对于除了非常high function 的自闭应该比较准确，而且也容易操作，比较
容易由父母来观察得出初步结论。
我在澳大利亚，所以自闭症检验体系跟北美会稍稍不同。我女儿在2011年中确诊ASD,
autism spectrum disorder。当时她快4岁半。儿科医生给的诊断，好像不是所有儿科
医生都有资格做这个诊断，不太确定。按照她的报告，自闭分为完全自闭autism区和程
度比较轻的ASD 区，女儿在ASD 区的靠近完全自闭一边。不过我自己觉得她在ASD 比较

候我们这里中国小朋友不太多，但他和别的小孩玩没发现问题。要不我们也不会不相信
检测结果了。
2. 这是我们家附近地区最专业的了，好像非常权威的autism 检测治疗中心。
3. 学区的daycare 帮助很大，和那么多有问题的孩子在一块儿，有助于慢慢catchup.
现在想起来当时评估报告上有一条是关于眼神交流的，说缺乏眼神互动，我后来想明白
了这主要是因为中国人习惯问题。上了小学，这些都不存在了，自然而然就能模仿西人
的风格。
我还是那句话，小孩子尤其中国小孩有可能由于不𨑳适应环境而造成的困挠，
慢慢都会消失的.西医并不了解东方习俗，用他们那一套很大程度上对中国小孩很难做
出十分客观评价。 你自己才是最知道自己孩子的那个人。即使诊断是autism也不必过
分焦虑，如果他平时在家觉着正常，很大程度是误诊。
记得我们当时还要求中文翻译在场，她说你们孩子不是autism, 她见过autism 的小孩

向，或者被老一代宠的，而evaluator在不同环境下的evaluation可能也很不一样。比
如我家娃单独在一个房间evaluate的结果和在preschool evaluate的结果完全不一样。
单独在一个房间evaluate没有任何问题，到preschool的evaluate发现一堆问题，最主
要的问题是在preschool1个小时没有和任何小孩有任何交流。在我们做家长的眼中，单
独房间的evaluation忽视了问题，preschool的evaluation又夸大了问题。所以对high
functioning autism误诊不少（低功的误诊少很多）。
小娃evaluate后几个月就上K了，有one-on-one aid，老师纪律特别严，每天我都害怕
看老师的comments,因为几乎每天都有写孩子不专心，要催很多遍才做作业，走路时有
时哼哼，吃饭时有一次试图从桌子底下钻过什么的。虽然是SPECIAL ED，老师对他要求

育晚期，男性一般还有二十年，这也是常识。至于同样40岁，女性和男性生育带来的危
险系数哪个大，大多少，现在不能定量，将来迟早是可以的。
自然的这篇文章研究的只是关于autism和精神病的snp突变比例，大龄男性比年轻男性

这个系统筛药没戏，因为数目不够，自闭症的药物本身也是药厂根本不敢做的，因为做

最重要的意义，如果有的话，是说在灵长类里引入了一个明确的autism gene，然后大
脑的Brain imaging可以得到最清晰的autism gene- brain imaging data, 这个是没有
的，没有一个明确的autism,schizophrenia gene与人类大脑的结构变化可以联系的起
来，如果这个看得出联系，我们就可以知道how autism gene etc. affect human

这个行业的出发点是政府强制，有很多经费，和27年“宁可错杀三千，不可放过一个”
有类似。
各种专业人员纷纷盯上了这个钱。少数儿童“心理医生大”打头，一年半年做个评价收
费，然后医院和独立的机构开设这种therapy program赚钱。心理医生赚的小钱，似乎
是掮客的地位，也乐于给个帽子，让后继的therapy赚大钱。确实是个行业。
积极点看，瞎猫碰死耗子，总能碰上帮助少数几个真正的autism.瞎猫比没有猫强点。
消极点看，明明是活耗子，只是不perfect，有时懒得动的小耗子，被心理医生那么短
短的两个小时观察到了，然后错杀三千，就被划归为死耗子，转给后继的therapy
program去了。而且therapy的好的真的巨少。
这个行当有很多坑：
＊ ASD的typical和外围症状有太多的种类，要找的话，除了那种天性外向脾气好的小
孩子，其他小孩子基本上都能或多或少找出来。
＊ 宣传的铺天盖地，父母很容带上放大镜去找，然后评估师根据高标准，1sigma边缘

的讨论话题了
