香港的全球排名大跌至第33位。国际形象在“占中”运动后每况愈下的现实在香港社会
敲响警钟。
人力资源管理顾问ECAInternational制作的该排行榜评估全球450个城市的气候、医疗
服务可负担程度、住房、基建、人身安全以及空气质量等因素，综合得出城市的宜居程
度。调查发现，香港的吸引力下降16个位次，跌至第33位，同属亚洲区的主要竞争对手
新加坡在全球及亚洲区均排名榜首。
最近几个月的“占领运动”令社会及政治气氛紧张，影响交通和市民生活，令香港在社
会政治的得分下降。香港的政治不稳定性可能还会影响未来排名，与新加坡的差距越来
越大。与此同时，法国里昂证券的一份消费者研究报告称，日本和法国将取代香港成中
国内地游客的最爱。
香港《南华早报》23日称，里昂证券的一份消费者调查咨询约400名内地游客，其中约
4成游客表示“占中”对他们造成某种影响。报告预计，香港从2013年到2020年的游客
总体增长只有4%，香港对内地游客态度转趋冷淡，是导致内地游客将舍弃香港改而前赴
日本、法国、韩国和英国旅游的原因之一。

行榜。对在欧美的外派雇员来说，多伦多是最适合居住的城市。
ECA每年所进行的城市排名调查客观分析一系列的生活环境因素，以评估全球超过四百
五十个地区的整体生活质素。评估的生活环境因素包括：气候、医疗服务、住房及公用
事业、隔离程度、社交网络与娱乐设备、基础建设、个人安全、政治气氛以及空气质素
等。
报告指出，多伦多位居北美榜首，得益于她良好的空气质素、稳定基建、合适的医疗配
套、低犯罪率及低健康风险等因素。
排第二的则是爱尔兰首都都柏林，空气、基建、低犯罪率，都是该城市吸引北美外派雇
员的重要原因。
其他上榜的加拿大城市包括：温哥华（并列第三）、渥太华（并列第三）、蒙特利尔（
第十四位）等。
普遍认为最难适应居住和工作的地区则是阿富汗的拉什卡尔加和坎大哈，该地区紧张的
局势令很多北美公司外派到那里的雇员心中惴惴不安。此外，这两个地方与北美的距离

大利亚城市墨尔本（Melbourne），奥地利首都维也纳列第2位, 温哥华、多伦多和卡尔
加里，阿德雷德被评为全球最宜居城市第3、第4和第5，
该智库评估了全球140个城市，主要考量指标包括稳定性、医疗保健、文化、环境、教
育以及基础设施等因素，分项打分之后得出总分，再对参与评估的城市进行排名。
该智库表示，自从2010年以来，接受评估的57个城市由于安全及稳定性方面的问题导致
宜居指数大幅下降，其中降幅最厉害的城市包括美国的底特律、希腊的雅典、俄罗斯的
莫斯科、突尼斯的突尼斯、乌克兰的基辅、利比亚的的黎波里以及叙利亚的大马士革等
等。

显然中尉受到了刺激，指着博尼法斯曰：“行，你他妈给我等着！”
回去叫人去了。
一群朝鲜兵带着凶器前来，主要是锤子、棒子什么的，冲上来就对博尼法斯一顿毒打，
结果给打死了。
美国很生气。
人云一命抵一命，但美国坚定地认为这并非事情的关键，关键在于——这是一棵树引发
的冲突。
是的，我们得继续砍树！
合计了三天，调了大部队前来砍，前方砍树的是工兵小分队，后头是大部队护驾，那两
翼，便是韩国的特种兵。砍一棵树难道还要带机枪么？显然不能那么二逼，枪藏在后头

立即可以使用，不必在射击前再打开保险，这一特性对于紧急情况下的拨枪自卫者来说
非常重要。这个保险虽然方便却也很安全，在测试中，一把上了膛的GLOCK手枪从50英
尺高度掉落在水泥地上，手枪安然无恙沒有意外击发。另外，GLOCK手枪的扳机力不轻
（5.5 磅），扳机行程较长，如果不是故意扣动扳机的话，很难击发的。而在对于提供
给执法机构的GLOCK手枪，还换上了扳机力更大（11磅）的击发组件，以减少警用枪走
火的可能性。
