发帖数: 14447 | 12 1949年以来，国际黄金价格基本呈现大幅上扬的走势。在1949-1970年期间，黄金价格
基本稳定在每盎司35-38美元的低位；70年代随着美元贬值，黄金价格大幅飙升，75年
就涨到了150美元/盎司，80年涨到了641美元/盎司；到了2010年2月份，黄金价格更是
飙升到了1650美元。
也就是说，如果在50-70年代囤积黄金，那么到80年的时候，收益就已经高达17倍，到
2010年更是高达35倍，超过世界任何一个投资大师的收益率。
那么西方主要国家的投资策略是怎么样的呢？我找出了国际黄金理事会的各国黄金储备
历史数据，分为两个历史阶段，一个是1949-1976年，一个是1979-2008年，从下面的数
据可以看出，在第一个阶段，西方国家以增持黄金储备为主，平均增持55吨。在79年到
2008年期间是整体卖出为主，平均卖出155吨。有些国家是很聪明的，比如说瑞士和荷
兰，都是在黄金价格低位时大量囤积，然后趁黄金价格上涨时获利回吐。

1949-1970年期间，中国进口400吨黄金，价格大约为每盎司35-37美元。按照最新的黄
金收盘价1430美元/盎司（2011年3月日收盘价），不考虑汇率变动的话，毛泽东时代的
这笔投资收益高达37倍。
相比之下，同期主要西方国家的黄金储备增加量平均55吨。也就是说，毛时代不但抄了
黄金的世纪大底，而且买入的数量是西方国家平均水平的7倍多。
但是改革开放后的邓小平时代，中国却不但没有增持一吨黄金，反而是卖出了几吨黄金。
一直到了2001年和2003年，中国才增持了200吨黄金。
到了2009年，黄金价格已经大幅上涨到千元以上的高位。这个时候，西方国家纷纷开始
逢高抛售获利回吐，把之前低位买入的黄金高位套现。但是周小川这个美帝贴心小棉袄

发帖数: 8702 | 16 讨论黄金储备的问题，不是单纯讨论现在该不该投资。从机构投资者的角度看，现在买
是风险很大的，但是外汇储备那么多，所以真是没办法，谁让中国已经钻进美犹跟买办
精心给中国设计的这个套里呢？
但是从我贴的数据至少可以看出，周小川这些金融买办，至少在过去三十年里犯下了一
个无法饶恕的错误，那就是，低位的时候不知道增加黄金储备。
即便是按照1054吨的黄金储备（截至2009年数据），中国黄金储备也不过占到外汇储备
的1.8%。如果刨除毛泽东时代留下来的400吨，改开时代的黄金储备只占到外汇储备的1
%，在全世界各国垫底！
作为对比，美国黄金储备是所有外汇储备的75%，德国是71%，意大利是70%，法国是67%
，荷兰60%，葡萄牙82%，西班牙40%，瑞士18%，英国18%，印度8.5%。
也就是说，再笨蛋的央行行长，也不应该愚钝到黄金价格翻了多少倍，才想起来进口黄
金。再笨蛋的央行行长，也不会像周小川那样，黄金价格400多的时候鼓励出口，涨到
900多又限制出口，鼓励进口。就这样的金融买办卖国贼，居然还有人为之辩护，到底
是有病还是有任务，自己看着选吧。

也就是说，1979到2008年长达30年的时间里，中国新增黄金储备仅仅为200吨，占到外

也就是说，毛时代将中国人均预期寿命的排名，整整往前拱了43位。

原来有人故意抹杀了uncertainty interval
本科学生物杀老鼠的就是不一样
搞个基本的统计ranking也搞得不三不四的
转行搞了个医疗统计就把自己当根葱了
贼78愚蠢的一个排名，加拿大的医疗是有够呛的
大部分时间被一群无所事事的老头老太太占据着
不少医生都跑美国去赚钱，因为加拿大税高
所以加拿大要找个家庭医生比较困难
人均寿命也就欺负一下美国这种被泥哥拉低的国家
还好以前隔壁住过一个搞这个phd，多多少少还知道点玩意
以至于不会被装13的忽悠

到了1975-1980年，中国排名跃升到了86位。
也就是说，毛时代将中国人均预期寿命的排名，整整往前拱了43位。
而到了2005-2010年呢，中国排名却又落后到了96位。
也就是说，改革开放时期，中国排名不但没有继续进步，反而大踏步后退了10名。

could play in the White House but Li got no chance. Li plays Chopin's music, which is liked by a lot of Chinese, but quite marginalized in the West. In the West, the mainstream classic music is still from the German-Austria type, by Mozart or Bach, etc. The Slavic music by Chopin, etc. are certainly liked by some, but have much narrower audience. why do you think there are different taste in terms of music between the USA and Chinese people?
music, which is liked by a lot of Chinese, but quite marginalized in the
