I was involved with a chain accident as one of the parties hit from behind
, impact with front, thrust out of the lane. My car lost control, didn’t
respond to brake pressing, ran away, and finally stopped about 1 miles from
the accident scene. Still waiting for the police report but the office who

了警，指认了车。当时警察说会给我个report.没当回事，以为就不了了知了。
今天收到District Attorney的信，说有了defendant,我可以主张赔偿。只要填个表
，附上损失证明什么的15天内寄回去就可以。
真是有趣。
实际损失：补办Sticker $18
新螺丝： $1
另加我4小时的人工 $80
索赔$100是不是少点?

Attorney is better who can save a lot of court related time, but LZ can do it if time is not a problem.

think it is absolutely true. You just have to figure out what you really

会其他外语对于找patent agent工作有没有帮助？会法语，如果有用还可以再自学一门
外语。。。不是特别熟练，中级水平吧
听说patent agent billable hours在1700hours/year左右，是指全神贯注纯工作时间
吗？感觉累不累？
如果能找到patent agent的工作，公司出钱读part time law school常见不常见？白天
上班晚上上课是不是一个很大的挑战？
在美国做过patent attorney，如果将来需要海归，一般能去做什么？

Disclosure: the recruiter said there would be a cash bonus to me if I refer
someone and they are able to get that person working for at least 100 hours. |

的包裹重量与发出去的相差很大，比如一个15磅的包裹收到时只有5磅（有照片为证）。
所有的包裹都买了遗失保险。丢失的物品总价在600USD左右，速递费用在1,000USD
左右。向速递公司索赔，但是该公司拒绝任何赔偿。并且说只要包裹被签收了就与他们
没有任何关系。目前我准备聘请律师，但是没有没有找到愿意受理这个Case的attorney

我并未打算要让对方赔多少钱，因为Claim的金额应该不够付律师费。但是为了让和
