1，我是不是跟公司说把上报CIS时间押后，遣散费的支票晚点发？
2，我现在马上开始找新工作，可是根本不知道要多久才能找的到，看到附近有一些公
司招相关行业的，但是没有投过不知道形势。是不是如果可以找到新工作的话，应该先
不转成其他身份而是直接让新公司转H1b最好？
3，是不是应该马上找个律师，申请转F1或者B1/B2？我看有人说应该在H1b结束，也就
是今天，就申请转其他身份，以免出现非法身份问题而影响将来比如绿卡申请。
不好意思问题很多，如果有经验的人能给点建议将非常感谢！

2.换成晚上工作四天，每天晚上12小时，然后休息四个晚上。
3. 重复1 和 2.
没有国庆日，没有周日，没有特殊假日，常年如此。
例子有青浦statschippac, 张江GAPT & ASE
一线工程师的工作，是七班五轮制度，忘记怎么安排了，好像七个人一个组，日夜颠倒
的工作。
比如1号工程师：
第一天：白天工作12小时，晚上休息
第二天：白天休息，晚上工作12小时
第三天：白天休息，晚上休息
第四天：白天工作12小时，晚上休息
第五天：重复第二天
...
没有国庆，没有周末，一年都是如此。
代表的有philip 虹桥晶圆厂。
张江的intel还好，但是经常加班。至于加班费，就不好说了。 |

废话篇
今年重新恢复训练以来，基本上是一直在跑easy，速度控制在HR75%以内。作为B
ase Training还是很见效的。首先是没有受伤，其次MAF两个月就提高了40多秒，
Weekly Mileage也在上周第一次达到70MPW。之前最高的是再前一周的50MPW，其
实这个增加的还是有些激进。不符合10%的原则，欢迎拍砖。好在是一直没有跑快
，靠蜗牛速度、磨时间安全完成。
Base Training结束了，下一步是跑速度呢还是继续维持高Mileage呢？这个时候
脑袋一热就准备跑个长的，平时的Trail一圈也就5、6mile，要跑长的岂不是要闷
死。看看地图发现从我家到Outbacker家大约25mile左右，这个距离很有吸引力。
周末Longrun能跑个全马还是很让我心动的，尤其是去年的首马跑了郁闷五个多小
时，能够刷新一下当然是求之不得。
准备篇
然后就把计划告诉outbacker，要求单程接送和陪跑服务。我们这个乡下的城市可
是没有什么公共交通。更何况这是从MO到KS两个州。

用石头打磨应该还是可以的吧，算是routine的maintenance
偶最近也在自个搞，搞的结果发现
1) ski base is not as flat as you would think. It's almost always slightly
concave especially for wide skis.
2) My ski base bevel angle is > 1° although I have to use a true bar to
convince myself there is an angle.
