伤和磨损就是一个自然过程，没有什么好担心的， 实在疼的话， 就去打激素， 最后
就是关节置换。 幸好我是轻微的不舒服，不需要担心。医生说了， 高大球打球， 该
玩就玩。
还有市面上这些保护关节的药没有用！ 它们有一些消炎作用， 但并不治疗articular
cartilage。

液泄漏，压迫造成的。
医生让停止骑车，去做了6周物理治疗，有改善，但有时候还是疼。
本周做了个MRI,没找出的毛病部分就不写了，毛病部分如下：
There is multifocal thinking of the patellofemoral articular cartilage with
mild subchondral edema in the torcula region of the distal femur. There are
mild patellar osteophytes. The articular cartilage in the lateral

发帖数: 5870 | 5 还不到40岁。。。。北方人，从小就住在阴冷阴冷的背阴面，一直有关节炎，以前打球的时候保护措施也做得不太好，最近几年走路的时候两腿膝关
节都有声音。平时如果活动多了，就会膝盖不能伸直或者不能弯曲。但是通常，休息休
息就好了。前几天右膝盖忽然不能伸直了，并且到了比较严重的程度，连续几天都不好
。这才去看医生。照了X-ray 和 MRI.以下 是MRI的分析结果。
骨科大夫建议右膝盖手术，他说手术中会：
1）清理骨头表面，让它更光滑
2）清理关节腔内的各种碎片。。。
不知道是不是真的应该动手术。看病折腾了这么几天，现在不知不觉中，右腿又可以伸
直或者弯曲了,只是还不能快走和跑。现在很纠结，不知道是不是应该动这个手术。。

这段时间除了忙着赚钱以外(看到前面物理弟弟在讨论信用卡的问题,不知你是否有
webcertificate呢?虽然只有5元钱,可是却给一个mastercard的卡号,很有用咧
等于凭白多出一张信用卡兼身份证,而且没有overcredit的情况---当然你是买不到比$5
更多价钱的东西的.我一口气搞了十多个,还没有用完,但是已经盈利翻番,可惜的是前不
久
想再接再厉,却发现该公司大概已经倒闭,唉,除恶勿尽啊:)还有是checkcard大多可当成

一个膝盖关键的部分就是那些韧带（四条）、股/髌/胫骨的软骨、和半月板（两个）。
这些都可以损伤、撕裂和破裂，韧带也可以全断。受伤了就发炎、积水、更痛。
半月板附着在小腿骨的最上端，和大腿骨最下端软骨可以有相对运动。半月板本身也是
软骨。
实际上半月板和上面的股骨软骨是挨得很紧的。图中的大缝只是示意。

，只是给大家科普一下，以有个概念（但不求100%科学正确）。
Left knee medial meniscus tear：左膝内侧半月板撕裂。
一个膝盖关键的部分就是那些韧带（四条）、股/髌/胫骨的软骨、和半月板（两个）。
这些都可以损伤、撕裂和破裂，韧带也可以全断。受伤了就发炎、积水、更痛。
半月板附着在小腿骨的最上端，和大腿骨最下端软骨可以有相对运动。半月板本身也是
软骨。
半月板损伤非常常见，一是运动导致，一是日积月累所用导致。一般是关节镜手术切除
裂掉的部分。林书豪去年做过此手术，Lakers' Metta World Peace也刚做过。
我的膝盖痛了一些时日，不过打球时不痛，奇怪有时打球还会让疼痛感好些。终于一月
多前痛/肿难忍，就挂拍开始找医生了。现在仍然不知是打球所致还是搬重物所致，并
不是某一天就疼得突然不能动了。
我的一个医生倾向手术，另一个倾向暂时不做。我现在想的是先修养半年再说。一月悠
闲，痛/肿好多了但是还有。

，很悲催的告诉大家，这么多年的研究结果，总结一句话就是：越跑膝盖软骨越损伤，
没啥好办法，损伤到最后就只能换一个了。基本就可以把它想成机械磨损，本来是光滑
的，充满水分的，越磨越薄，越粗糙。
扫描脚踝的骨结构，是因为现在的科技到不了可以在控制radiation的情况下高清扫描
其他部位。而且脚踝（另一个部位是手腕）富含松质和皮质骨，可以很好indicate其他
部位的bone quality，体积小容易成像。从basic science的角度讲，看runner的骨结
构可以更好study bone adaptation，看骨头如何自我修复。
不过目前看这些图像我觉得马拉松是很自我摧残的，哈哈。至于tony，那属于半兽人，
非同类，没啥好解释的:) |

上长，老鼠提供营养。结果可以长出来一个耳朵形状的软骨结构。这个实验说明这种材

发帖数: 44 | 50 今天得知了step3的成绩，210+，心里的石头终于落下。终于轮到我给USMLE说再见了。
回顾从step1自己闭门造车考了只带一个9的分数， step2开始参加小组学习，做了所有
能做的题只为拿个99，虽胸有成竹且考试感觉很好，最终但又得到一个9的分数。虽然
这次成绩不高，依然很高兴，毕竟不用发愁如果没过的话住院医开始后没有时间复习该
咋办。过去的3年中得到太多人的帮助 (此处略去人名20个)，绝大多数甚至从未谋面。
今天发贴也是为了回报我们这个社区吧。
自我介绍：毕业>15年，220+/220+/1st/210+；
复习时间：6月，头4个月每天约2-3小时，周末由于陪孩子们玩（前两年欠的太多，你
懂得）及做点家务（再不做但心被老婆炒掉），反而复习不了多少；最后2个月每天4小
时，鼓励自己考了这个2年内再不用受这个罪。
复习资料：随大流，MTB 3, UW CCS, UW step3 Qbank, UW step2 Qbank;
模拟：考前2月，NBME 1 190+, 考前1周，NBME 2 220+;
